I was thinking of maybe investing another couple of Grand in AIM .... UKOG's looking cheap have they got a good BoD!! 😂🤣😂🤣

General market sentiment is in the bin & essentially we are simply the result of our component parts & primarily at this time our direct 3rd party holdings they collectively go down we follow easy as, us selling them (EMH/HAS) doesn't support them much either does it ..... our HAS value is now in the 100'sK rather M's...... it was converted at EG1 is drifting back to its listing price ... ZIP or next to ZIP in our SP for Sonora (rightly considering the present situation) & nothing certain around what's next for Amapa which regardless is years away from producing anything new irrespective of what & who comes next for it.....

Just facts @ depressed Degsie nothing more nothing less .... matter of fortitude & opinion & all is not lost YET though .... I'll leave the pom pom waving ra ra gang to rave about what's potentially around the corner to cheer you up .... I think there's some new vaguely related battery tech on the horizon. ... oh and the Batista bro's are investing $Bn in Vales Brazilian Iron assets they bought last year, surely there's a way to weave that to our benefit or at least start a rumour or two 😂

... Oh dear ... To bring you up to date the next revenues from the stockpile shipments all go to the banks now as part of the revised (discounted as a result) bank settlement terms & they will 'authorise' when shipments are permitted - if you read the interims fully you will also note that payments are late & discussions are on-going that might result in a 'one-off' payment to settle which would mean the stockpiles would revert to the project...... also that they're talking to potential JV partners ..... I'm personally thinking that if someone(s) want in they could buy in by settling a one off payment to the bank creditors & funding the DFS as well as provide the required expertise and experience for infrastructure & mining in exchange for a sizeable interest at project level ..... Pure conjecture & assumption and should/must be taken with a pinch of salt..... alternatively I hope they sell the whole kit & caboodle to a 3rd party with a net return to PBA of at least £100M ... the latter of which would see me outta here.

..... all depends on averages LT or otherwise ... there's plenty of Jam for that toast .... tomorrow, next week, next month,year etc etc

That I'm still getting 5.53p for up to 100k shares .... unless there's a large delayed sell yet to be published I don't see how those 5.5p trades can be buys .... some fiddling with the SP going on perhaps ...but if so for why! .... 🤔

.... personally I see Solid state Li batteries as the possible go to for cars in years to come .... lighter & more stable .... Toyota are planning to use them in 2027/28 models with a 745M range

@ZOOM fair enough & you must follow your own path .... that we differ in opinions is largely irrelevant IMO ... having been in this for nearly 14 years already I do not have a long term vision ew to consider and if Amapa is sold for £100M or returns in excess of that to the SP I will be going going gone.

Unlike your view I feel Amapa in Brazil is the last chance saloon for me along with many other past ventures I consider tbh Mexican dream is now just that a dream & finished (maybe rightly or wrongly it really doesn't matter unless resolved before Amapa is sold or developed) .... our EU investment is diminishing rapidly in size & somewhat limited in potential IMO as well as essentially locked out in favour of the loan ...our OZ assets are currently dire and whilst they may come really good at some point I wonder whether we'll still be in them .... HAS has been a huge disappointment since the equity swap & we've been selling it down, EG1 is locked up for another 15 or so months so if we don't raise and don't borrow more there's only the rest & HAS to sell to keep the lights on, the Hob nobs coming and the silvertip flowing.

Three things though are certain:

.... if/when/once I'm out I'll stop posting (except hopefully to fulfill promises made) ... I promise.

.... I will keep an eye out over the following days/months/years to see what eventually transpires with Sonora if it hasn't already finished.

Yes Kiran is on the board of EMH shareholders and is therefore duty bound to serve in the best interests of EMH shareholders of which Cadence is of diminishing quantity & influence .... stopping a good deal for EMH simply to spite what's happening in MX wouldn't go down too well with the other 94% of EMH shareholders or the rest of the board would it ...besides how would they know who ultimately might receive Cinovec Lithium in the form of batteries manufactured by a 3rd party.... & if course as a consequence they're planning to produce battery grade lithium but someone still needs to make batteries from it ....

.....two things spring immediately to mind....

a) why would EMH & more to the point CEZ care about what's happening in Sonora

b) whose to say TESLA will buy directly from EMH/CEZ rather than from an EU battery supplier when TESLA's patented processing method won't be of any use with extraction from rock.

TESLA have significant knowledge & experience with Sonora lithium & the promise to build cars in Mexico from Sonoran lithium fits exactly with AMLO's goals.

Again just my opinion, which differ to yours .....

maybe one of us is right or maybe it'll be somewhere in between .... one things for sure I've removed disappointment from my future on it and left the door open to be pleasantly surprised and wrong ..... if I'm still invested when it resolved itself which I'm hoping not to be to be honest.

Who says anything about the 'private sector' being excluded ...... what I'm inferring is that they'll allow the private sector to mine & process Sonora Lithium but only if the Lithium produced stays in & is processed further within the Mexican car/solar/electronics industries ..... Ganfeng have backers & customers lined up to take 100% of production .... that just isn't in line with AMLO's or his likely successors agenda ... a local MX miner could easily commercially dig up the lithium & deliver it directly to TESLA & or other processors to process using their 'patented processing ' technology to use locally within the new Mexican industries & factories that will require it .... either way in my opinion unless Ganfeng agree to supply the local MX industries with the vast majority if not all the Lithium produced I reckon they'll struggle to recover/regain the concessions..

Just my opinion obviously but right now Ganfeng & KDNC are out & the Mexican government is promoting its Sonora lithium vision globally & courting business like TESLA & others .... far from squeezing private businesses ot they're openly welcoming them in BUT only if they service the Lithium market & enterprises locally until they have finished goods like cars/solar panels/electronics etc to export or consume locally.

....seen it too many times before, states take over resources/minerals existing owners/operators cry foul ...lots of noise/legal proceedings .... nothing changes and there might be some pitiful compensation in 5-8 years time ..... given up on Sonora? Well maybe maybe/not but certainly not expecting any benefit from it in my remaining time invested here...... but then apart from the rampy spike in 2013 the market didn't, hasn't & still doesn't accredit our SP anything for it either so no great loss eh .... last hope for me is Amapa now & I hope it gets bought out from under us before the end of the year £200M for the whole thing divvied out between us & Indo would do very nicely but I'd settle for £100M right now.

...indeed as I said previously I suspect the Mexicans may well package it up nicely for him to dig up & process himself now they've got rid of Ganfeng - for now at least ... can't get it cheaper than that can you ..... never mind eh we've still got Amapa.
