I don't post buy/sell views all I said was I'd consider & probably accept a 25p hostile offer .... doesn't mean one is likely or will be made just a pluck out of the air number because someone was concerned we might be taken out 'cheap as chips'!! Which currently isn't really plausible or possible without PI approval.....

25p was just a number that'd likely get my approval which in the same way as all the previous values for rewards/vesting options to kick in for the BoD is arbitrary.

....as I said nothing new here other than the date the article was published .... & Lodging the 'Amparo' last year really protected them against the cancellation of the licences ...... regardless of whether it's/if/isn't/might be subsequently reversed or some other arrangements/outcomes are made ....

....with what we've got left of EMH even if they double their current SP it's worth less than 2p a share here .... I've said it previously that expecting EMH to provide much benefit here now is dreaming especially with us selling down further at the current poor price to pay the Mezz loan ..... We've done well eh from a 20% holding sold in ever decreasing values !!

....we might receive a bid but right now unless it's reasonable it'll fail as most of our SCAP is owned by us PI's so a poor hostile one would simply get rejected .... for the BoD to recommend one it'd have to be reasonable in their view & considering they've got options at 29p I'd say a minimum of 30p per share before they'd consider that IMO & that'd do me nicely at this juncture thank you very much..... I probably even consider & vote for a hostile offer at 25p come to think about it ....

....but we know & knew all that .... there's nothing new here .... consequently there's nothing 'blind' about it either & yes up for a game of 3 card anytime .... or 7 or 9 come to that ....

Oh Ganfeng don't agree with the reasons for cancellation & will fight it .... actually will continue to fight it as they've already started doing.
