Having lived in & around London for most of my adult life I'm now fortunate enough to live on an island in the inner Hebrides .... no foxes, no badgers loads of other wonderful animals & birds too numerous to mention though.... not everyone's cuppa & there's absolutely no fast food outlets ...... keeps me very very happy 😁

I'll tell our Red Deer to leave the lavender alone this year Suzy see if that helps .... although we seem to have a small herd wandering through daily when the Stags & others come down our of the hills and they're hungry there's not a lot left of anything I can tell you especially during the winter months.... apart from the established Rhododendrons, moss, bracken & heather they seem to leave them alone for some reason .... we call garden centre plants deer fodder and spend hundreds a year on it & can't keep chickens because of the otters ....other than that we're all good.

Nice to hear from you Troaj .... you, Eric & myself the 3 amigos from those OREful days of yesteryear LoL ... last I heard Eric was still enjoying trying the dresses out though ... but at least I understand the rusty sheriff's badge has healed up nicely.....nothing gets out now 😁

..... maybe a sigh of relief that we've only sold down another 0.2% of our EMH holding since the interims .... still down to only a 5.6% holding now .... Mezz loan due & their DFS published cation appears to have slipped from NOV to end of year ....hey ho

I find it a bit scary we're now considered the elders - although retired I'm still not sure I've grown up yet 🤪 ..... as for potting sheds no point for me anything I tried to grow in there & transferred out would quickly be gobbled up by the small herd of deer that use my back garden as fast food drive through.

...not in my opinion MX would only ever have been envisaged to primarily service the North/South American markets with left hookers as far as I reckon it ... TESLA needs manufacturing on all marketable continent's & possibly more than one plant in some.

I should say that I believe most hate wars and all it brings but unfortunately wars will always cost lives whether that's with a bullet, bomb or other military or aggressive means .... wars of trade can be equally life threatening if that trade starves the needy or weak of required funds, materials or medicines .... unfortunately it's a fact, in my opinion, that humanity uses either religion, greed or prejudice to inflict loss, hardship or both on each other for their own personal views or pocket

Until humanity either wipes itself out or grows up to the extent that dialogue & global equity is preferred over death & suppression this will remain the case, again in my opinion, wearing or displaying simply pays homage to the lost & suffering not the greedy or pious zealotic extremists (of all religions past or present) that caused it.

Don't know if it helps or not but the poppy represents those who have lost their lives to war so for me it is a mark of respect to lost war souls rather than a glorification of those who would promote or use it for any purpose or reason.

Personally I don't see EMH doubling any time soon but IF it does agreed it would help with the loan assuming we sell at the top rather than selling into it .....

It's pitiful in terms of what it could've been ..... & as for 2p representing 33% of our current SP that says more about the woefully pathetic & poor state of our current SP than it does about the value of our (reduced in both volume/value & ring-fenced for a loan) EMH holding.

...not by much here though 100% rise there is worth less than 2p to us & reducing ......

Enjoying life & the pain (or not) of waiting is for some peeps based on time spent on time served & SP average I'm very comfortable here on both counts in that respect although clearly not the same for everyone 🤪
