Glorious start to the day here, how's things over the hedge with you?

On an interesting topic the gardens starting to thrive, the seed bombs we planted for the bees & butterflies coming up a treat, 4 or 5 hedgehogs doing what they do at this time of the year on our patio nightly, Red deer dropping antlers & fawns left right & centre - how's things over the hedge with you?

On another interesting note went out for a 'curry' night last night at one of our local restaurants ... Absolutely gorgeous, Chefs even been on the telly very very nice. ..

Anyway must go, lawns to mow, hedges to trim & a boat to get ready for a spot of sea fishing.

Oh & all the while keeping those fingers crossed for the bank settlement RNS .... thought I'd better post something share related ... thought Y not LoL

.... Why there has been no announcements regarding MMS / HAS / BCN / EMH .... all of them have arguably made announcements that I would've thought warranted such...... hmmm

.... LoL .... as with many shares we do seem to have a couple of self appointed positivity police who enjoy preaching to who they think are their sheep .... baa baa baa

.......... another possibility is that they're big enough with other Li assets to develop/exploit they could decide just to sit on it for 10-15 years .... where would that leave us!!

...... Just a thought but I wonder if GFL might make a reasonable buyout of KDNC's 30% of the Sonora JV's conditional on the acceptance of their buyout offer of BCN..... that might influence a few joint shareholders vote for BCN offer that might otherwise vote against.... not me personally but I think there may be a few here that could be so influenced ... 300% rise in KDNC SP for a 50% cut in what was hoped for BCN... it'd make me think twice before voting against if I was in both.....

..... the administrators will be exercising authority over the day to day running of the business, assessing & taking decisions on the viability of its recovery or otherwise.... this being by court sanctioned/approved activitiess.

DEV is not currently 'owned' by anyone it's like taking your unwanted dog to a home & saying you can't cope, manage, afford to look after it anymore, surrendering your ownership & rights over it & leaving it with them .... the home will look after it for a while & try to locate a new owner but ultimately if they fail in that they may destroy it unless they see the possibility, potential or value in holding it for a future New owner/recovery.

That's all that's happening here but on a much larger scale because various other parties have a comparable registered claim on its Skin, collar etc......

They're in administration so essentially it's decisions, actions & assets are all under the control of the administrators & courts.... they're still trying to resolve this by moving it forward as a recoverable concern into the hands of INDO/KDNC under the court sanctioned JRP after the previous attempt failed some years ago......

@TC not sure whether that was a rhetoric question or not but as you know the Amapa project is currently owned 100% by Dev Mineracao which is currently in administration & operating under the direction of the administrators/courts .... once the bank agreement is signed (assuming it is!!) & recognised/ratified by the courts our escrowed monies will be released and 99.9% of Dev Mineracao will be transferred into the ownership of the JV co of which we will own 20% of.

Currently we own ZIP as you know & the revenues from the current court sanctioned sales will be controlled by the courts with $2.5M of it earmarked to cover the debts that our escrowed funds were originally meant to be for.....

I can't see how or why the UK gov would want or have any say in what a couple of AIM co's do or don't do with an asset that's in Mexico..... they might make a comment or but other than that how could they stop anything at all unless they convince the Mexican govt to step in .... I think you can kiss Sonora goodbye otherwise .... I just hope that comparatively Cadence get more for their shareholders for its 30% from Ganfeng, assuming they do indeed want to buy us out, than Bacanora will get currently for their shareholders for the company .....

...... when did KM say that our Sonora JV was valued in such a cack handed manner, which is now irrelevant if BCN are being bought as the value of the project in production in the years to come versus the value of BCN today under a takeover scenario (whether considered good or not) can no longer be tied together so using BCN's TO value would no longer work regardless IMO ... I recall him stating that he felt the Sonora was in his view worth $200M to us at the same time as he stated Yangi JV was also worth $200M to us (he didn't specify currencies but I assumed CDN & AUS).... this was when he was trying to explain how he felt we could reach (within 3 months from when when he said it) the 2.14p (pre consolidation) target for all their tiered options to vest ..... admittedly they got nowhere near achieving the lower vesting limit let alone the higher but those are the last valuations I recall being mentioned irrespective of whether it was appropriate or realistic at the time...... when/where & on what media did you hear what you've indicated below?

Yes you can easily work out the value of EMH/MMS based on the direct % we hold of them (which may or may not now be what they were in the last RNS's relating to them .... we are due more though so I'd wait & base it on the % to be announced rather than those that have previously been.

Amapa we don't own anything of yet but there are plenty of values being bandied about for when we do - take your pick ... in a fluctuating & volatile commodity one if them might actually be correct at some point IF/AS/WHEN we do actually own some if it.

Oz assets - who can guess if anything if ever ....

We could do with a corporate update with all the news pending (HAS/MMS/BCN) but most importantly & vital we could do with some real progress on the taking of a slice of Amapa.

..... it's not impossible that Ganfeng haven't already been talking to our BoD about the 30% we own of the JV's .... waiting for the announcements personally .... I suspect there are a lot of BCN holders who might not be overly impressed with the offer & have higher averages suddenly selling Mama to buy a daughter might not be as rewarding as once hoped!! £5 a share seems almost as far fetched for BCN as some of the predictions spouted here....

Really hope this Amapa deal gets over the line soon to reach my out price here ....

.. you could also conclude that 3M options @ 44p have simply been replaced by 7.2M @ 29p ... More than twice the quantity for 2/3 of the price....

Admittedly - likely no one will care much AS/WHEN/IF the agreed in principle (since Aug last year) & aligned (whatever that means!!) for the last couple of months bank agreement is finally signed, ratified & our 20% is taken ....

....... yes settlement of debts from Ore sales that were originally planned for settlement from our escrowed funds..... when Kiran indicated KDNC's interests were secure/protected under the JRP I hope that extended to all & every eventuality cos right now other than the loan to get things moving from a shipment & revenue perspective they've demonstrated they don't 'need' our relatively small escrowed fund pot to proceed & progress, especially if the courts/administrators feel it appropriate to permit further shipments with built in protections for the bank debt ..... $6M in the great scheme of things in terms of the project is also peanuts......

Nothings done till it's done so fingers crossed we get our 20% announced ASAP to remove uncertainty on whether an AIM minnow with a less than rosy history/BoD (IMO) can grab a chunk of something significant...

..... probably a question for the numpties who believed the tiered incentive shares up to 2.14p (£2.14 today) equalled an all but certain future SP .. spurred on by Kiran mouthing off in webinars how it might be achieved before getting anywhere near even the lowest of the vesting targets

...hmmm not sure about me MrC ... they 'might' be about to produce a most glorious 2 egg souffle.... but there are dozens of broken & wasted eggs preceding it .... IF/WHEN it finally, imminently comes out of the oven when everything is finally, imminently agreed in principle, aligned AND SIGNED & RATIFIED by the courts
