If you'd kept up with my previous posts you'd know I don't do projections, guess or assume what the SP will be or what the future value of assets might be ... although I'm happy to repeat Kiran's .... there's far too many who freely post theirs but I've yet to see any be accurate or even close .... The mid 80's at 20% & £1.50 at 27% was close wasn't it!!

Needless to say though that I'm holding ....for now at least, always said the conclusion of Sonora would be my exit now it might Sonora &/or Amapa.

I'll take the outer limits of that over the PPT & your 'optimistic beer goggle' view anyday & that in itself is optimistic for me as delays are not unheard of now are they .... especially where Cadence are concerned

OBS - did Kiran not say in the most recent interview that we would need to appoint a DFS manager & that it would take about 3 months to do so ...... even if they do stick with the team that produce the PFS they'd still need to put it out to market/tender he also said the DFS would take approx 12 months after the appointment of the DFS manager ..... are you saying he's talking out of his Arris.....

OK .... So let's assume the PFS will be end July (which means the revised MRE must be 'imminent' LoL) Kiran said it would take about 3 months to appoint a DFS manager so let's say he/she starts Nov 1 then it takes 12 months (per Kiran) to complete the DFS after appointment which takes us to ~ November/December 2023 which realistically means we won't be able to secure financing until 2024 ... how long rehabilitation of mine/railways etc so still probably 2025 at best for a functioning mine & interconnected services.....

...it's not my valuation it was Kiran's... as I said he also assigned a 'potential' value of $200M for the YANGI JV's & look how that's panned out ... is it any wonder the market doesn't assign value to our other assets only those with Known values such as cash or direct holdings ....

Mr James ...I'm just repeating what Kiran said in the 'unpublished 2018 webinar' but then he valued the YANGI JV areas at the same & look what's just happened there!!

To be fair huinhwa what was said was that the PFS would be delayed until 'some time' after the revised MRE... Then after the PFS is issued it will take approx 3 months to appoint a DFS manager & after that it will then be up to a year to produce the DFS which can be taken to the bank for funding .... So right now at best we're looking at around the end of 2023 for the DFS with funding & rehabilitation starting somewhere in 2024 at best IMO, after funding negotiations/securing so probably 2025 before we're operational .... Personally I'm hoping for a sale of Sonora for lots or the sale of Amapa to someone else who can fund it better to provide me an out of here.... we've had lots of speculation on what 'rises' the SP will be regarding certain triggers by certain posters here which had/have about as much substance as deep space, so there is understandably some angst being expressed - & rather than blaming an ignorant market personally I lay where we are at the feet of our BoD & in my opinion demonstrates how much faith & trust the market has in them to deliver for shareholders rather than themselves.

So roll on a Sonora sale ... this time hopefully in excess of the $200M Kiran said both it & our YANGI JV was potentially worth each back in 2018 on the missing webinar where we undermined BCN's stock.

Yep .... Regardless still a limited upside though eh topping out at something shy of what?

....maybe no EIA completed yet but at just over a £1 a pop would give us around £15M ....as I said previously limited upside from our EMH direct holding IMO.

Don't forget to apply a discount to the SP at the time for any placing..... 17% the last one which would equate to just over £8M for 100M extra shares if based on current SP .... also massively exceeding the 20bn shares I said they'd end up with pre consolidation ... what a bunch!!! from just over 2bn shares with both the YANGI & Sonora JV's ~10 years ago .... they have done well for themselves haven't they!!

Yes I did ponder that as well but for me I don't think the time is right for that at the moment .... hopeful that when it comes around again I won't be among those concerned by it.

You trust them all you like but I can't think of much of anything they've done that'd gain mine .... very best they'll get from me is 'for' res 4 & 'against' res 5 .... you were saying similar when they had freebies at the equivalent of £2.18 a share back in 2018/19 what happened to those & that target ... the share price has been shot to s&it since & gifted them a new target almost a 10th of that & they still aren't anywhere near it currently.

flip flop - flip flop .... wasn't that long ago the pair of you were extolling the virtues of bringing a 3rd party in for the additional 22% ... 'IF' ... Indo choose to release it .... the size of the authority to issue shares isn't new & necessarily for Amapa ... this mob have have requested & been granted huge & significant authorities for years .... but you two just keep playing tag on who can big something..... anything up the most with your assumptions, hopes & guesswork between you eh!

Ooh what do you think the SP will do if we take the additional 22% that 'MIGHT' be made available to us... the same or worse than you thought for the 27%? LoL .... anyway I'd need to see the revised MRE & PFS first before I worry about that .... maybe that'll come prior to the AGM maybe it won't ... if it does I might vote for 4 & against 5 ...
