...as indicated I don't think that the dedicated Tesla lane at the MX/US border (link follows) will be for TACO's ....I wonder how many Mexican suppliers of what taw materials are close to being in a position to warrant it being announced now.....

.....maybe, although I'm not sure that a formal 'partnership' will be forthcoming although I can see GANFENG providing technical expertise & advice to a state run company to assist in the building & exploitation of concessions & resources that don't survive the review process!! but who knows

I suspect there is a significant number of PI's who'd be very happy with what I'd consider a low-ball buyout in the 35-45p range rather than the huge returns & numbers that many here want, expect & hope for ..... at the end of the day the majority rules whatever & however that majority is made up & formed from.

...... agreed OBS .... we are in a very different position to BCN where the takeover was by the single biggest shareholder supported by other significant shareholders leaving the smaller total percentage of PI's stranded with nothing more to do than mourn they're loss........ here a negotiated buy out supported by the BoD would undoubtedly need to be something higher than their options, how much I don't know but ultimately we'd have a vote on it as shareholders...... if someone made an aggressive takeover attempt to bypass our BoD they'd still have the same problem of getting past a shareholder vote ..... so personally I can't see it happening unless someone(s) start accumulating significant volumes & announcing the same via RNS's an action within itself that would push the SP higher ...... this could in fact happen when we need the funds to go to 49% of Amapa in that instead of 'borrowing' or 'raising' the money we could bring in a major 'shareholder' by issuing them shares in exchange for the cash we need to take 49% ...... probably not until after the PFS/DFS stage but it's another thought I quite like the sound of & may provide an exit .... -that not precluding the possibility of course that we may not need the cash at that point if we sell our interests in Sonora for anything near a realistic value....in us PI shareholders minds at least .... i.e. a little more than £5M worth of shares in GFL LoL :-))

& what makes you or anyone else think they have the right or even the ability to exercise control over who posts or what's posted on an open & anonymous chat board ... must be awful to find you're absolutely toothless & powerless to exercise any control over your frustrations & disappointments to the extent the last resort is to attempt to throw your oversized ego about & clog up the board with meaningless abusive tripe & you think you're in the right PMSL.

....indeed Ivy ...it's a bit of a conundrum so many potentially different reasons, CFD's, Shorts placees from lower raises taking what profits left, a large holder(s) account being wound up by them or on their behalf, our directors fund offloading ....even forward selling I guess .... we'll probably never know ...but we're not going anywhere whilst lumps of shares are being sold at the bottom of the bid that's for sure.....

MBW ... resolution 3 is simply to approve the reappointment of the company auditors & the authorisation for our BoD to agree with them how much they get paid for being our auditor ... it's nothing to do with our own BoD's salary....

Constantly launching personal abusive attacks on a poster is hardly "defending the company" if you want to defend the company try countering the sentiment instead like explaining or justifying:

Why the placing was a good idea & it's benefits.
Why the SP is good at this time.
Why all the estimates of what the SP would be on reaching positive milestones/triggers have failed to come to fruition.

Most of MBW's are repetitive because they're in defence of yours (& a couple of others) personal attacks .... without the personal attacks something posted 2 or 3 times might only be posted once.

There's no requirement that a post must only contain positive sentiment & good vibes it's a discussion & posters should post what they think & feel about the company or anything associated to its performance freely as others can constructively argue the contrary without facing a stream of constant abuse..... how is the latter defending the company rather than attempting (as that's all you achieve & otherwise fail) to silence someone else's sentiment.

....and talking about someone needing to change the record PMSL :-))

10 posts or 25% of them from our resident schoolyard bully boy aimed at a single poster venting frustration at the share or defending themselves.

A further 7/8 posts from 2 or 3 others along the same lines making nearly 50% of today's posts aimed at a single poster rather than on the share

Personally I'm much more in favour of reading what would be far fewer posts venting frustration at the share rather than the drivel & constant haranguing of a single poster...
