...indeed if the 348872 shares are a POST consolidation holding then the value is about £36.5k based on the bottom of the bid (10.5p)

If however that reflects was the number of shares held pre the 100/1 consolidation then the value now is about £365.00

....yes - not sure that'll be of benefit to us ultimately though as it could mean they're able to exert control over the prices paid rather than a relatively 'free' market place ...sort of we'll pay this amount if you want to sell into Chins & no more take it or leave it & as China is effectively the single biggest market place that could impact profitability....

...the article can still be located if you search for it specifically ... as to the where you can out trade information you can find it quite some detail on the line trade reported on the exchange or even on here if you click on the i (info) symbol on the far right of the trade line...

The first half of the message 'non protected portfolio' is of less consequence to the trade itself IMO but the 'single protected transaction' means that it was (by prior notification to the exchange) put through in smaller 'lumps' & only recorded/reported once complete .... usually done if it's thought it would 'protect' the value of trades completed i.e. it was felt putting it through as a single trade would 'damage' the SP &/or potentially the value they'd receive .... so maybe they put through in 3x20k & 1 x+14k @ 10.60 ...hence ultimately a 'single protected transaction' ... just seemed odd to me as I didn't think it was very large ....but maybe someone instructed their broker to simply clear their trading account(s) or possibly an estate with trading accounts being wound up ....who knows ... just seemed a little odd to me due to the relatively small size of the 'protected' trade but that's just my opinion/view/assessment.

... interestingly that +74k trade was a non protected portfolio single protected transaction .... wouldn't have thought the size of it warranted that but hey ho ....

as I've stated many times before in my opinion there is a limited upside in our EMH holding ..... even if they rise 300% to ~£1.60 a share (extremely unlikely IMO) that's only going to add sufficient value to get us back to the last placing price ..... personally I reckon EMH shareholders won't get much more than £1 a share tops if they're lucky, you've only got to look at what happened to BCN to work that out - again IMO.

As to YANGI being worth potentially $200M to us look how that's panned out currently - hopefully Sonora will be more fruitful & provide the rewards once spouted in the nearer term

......although it appears to me as though someone(s) not yet satisfied & wants it lower still ...

....down to volumes .... The sells @ close to 10:75 over the last few days were just about fended off by the buys in the 10.8's & 10'9s .... one largish sell at below 10:75 pushed it over the precipice.

Without news we're now here for a couple days I suspect

If it's going NT to sell it's often simply an indication that there is downward pressure & a drop is not far away from occuring....

We're just reading different versions of the same book .... I personally think our SP currently accurately reflects our Cash & direct holdings ...once Sonora & Amapa are firmed up as to what's happening & their values they'll be better reflected in our SP ...nobody places any value on mights, maybes, guesses, assumptions & estimates despite what you'd like to say & portray with your projected this, assumed that, hoped for when's & guess what's.

.... well for one thing an IPO wouldn't be high on my list of preferences unless I couldn't get full & reasonably economic funding for the required works/rehabilitation elsewhere.... why would I choose to dilute by 40/50/60% our own exposure to asset if it's that good.... I'll wait for formally announced news rather than trying to second guess everything.

....nope just those in the know & with the funds can get a small heads up on news, so they can just wait .... if we don't get suspended prior if, as or when there's breakthrough news announced we'll see a sudden jump in the SP for no apparent reaso.

A lot of what you post is supposition & hype & could be misleading.... there's no certainty of an IPO yet you post it below as if it's a nailed on cert or a stated step in the process which it isn't it's just one of many possibilities.

Can't read it as I'm not registered but the first few lines seem to deny the headline IMO
