If I'm right and placings before DRC money what would your view be ?

Maidit 1p is £35m valuation on current share count and £50m on the new share count after GM on 16th Feb and issue of 1.5bn shares.

How's the receipt of $7.5m which is by know means certain equate to that valuation ?

16th Feb 1.5bn share authority and they need over half of them to clear the 18th Oct CLN obligation.

I don't think anything will happen for a month plus but just my opinion. The bulls on here think its a certainty. They are having fun.

In terms of the case for RRR [ and sadly I have to make this as our new posters don't know the history]. They IMO have to get the authority to issue shares because of the October 23 CLN. Even if they received DRC cash their hands are tied on the issue.

Not quite the novel avoiding equity dilution instrument that Mr Bell described but so be it.

On balance I agree with you if no cash next week the SP will fall further as placings are inevitable.

I'm also interested in progress and whereabouts of the 200 tones of Lithium.

To be honest some of the new posters on here were incredibly spiteful and petty and quite intimidating. Thankfully most investors on here have hope sprinkled with a healthy degree of skepticism.

For me two other questions (1) why the reach RNS unsupported by Nomad (2) strange AB is allowing DL onto his victory parade.

Speculative - I forgot to mention from 18th Oct CLNs there is 30 million broker warrants at .115p.

So 392m conversion shares 0.06375p and 422m ( warrants Inc broker) at 0.115p. So total commitment 822m ( if settlement was not made in cash).

As Maidit says AB likes a Friday so perhaps some action today.

I am really unsure. What we do know is

1 - either 225k of the 14th Dec raise paid off the CLN or

2 - 380m of any new shares approved at GM will be used to satisfy the debt.

Interesting I think Mr Bell described the CLN as an innovative solution to raise cash without diluting share holders. That didn't work:)

210k has potentially cost 782m shares. [ albeit the warrants bring in 305k in the future]

So 55% of the proposed Article 4 headroom. Goes for just 305k.

On the positive side the SP has collapsed so much all the other warrants are well above 0.2p and off the table.

The accounts Note 19 show authorised capital as 2.480bn. You are right 1bn was approved in Nov.

Total approved / authorised = 3.480bn

From 14th Dec RNS after 666m issue alloted = 3.336bn. That's really clear.

It's really murky ( not meant as a criticism as the bulls are tetchy) as theirs loads of deffered shares from consolidation.

So from what I can see they don't have the headroom to covert Oct CLN. Zumore what do you reckon ?

Surely you can't be blaming posters on here for lack of progress on DRC and Lithium Exports. Mr Bell is not short of hyperbole out of this galaxy five Chinese buyers imminent. Time to deliver for Mr Bell actions speak louder than words

Spec the RNS on the CLN is interesting.

In theory if the holder chose shares it should have been five days after the 666m Dec issue.

However RRR did not have the authority.

We are a little in the dark on this one.

They could have been repaid 225k or held out for shares. Its a complete unknown.

Zumore with RRRs meagre assets !

I would replace with debts which are £4m plus ClLNs / Kansai etc and significant cash burn.

The fascinating part is this pivot to oil - apart from Elephant which seems very white [ excuse the pun ] I can't imagine what that involves. As Spec says a lot of plates spinning.

And by the way brought in today as it seems a precondition of the bully's on here so hopefully I'm allowed a view now :)

Not expectation of a multi bagger but if DRC delivers I will have a small profit to compensate for plenty of egg on my face.

Zumore by my calculation the 19th October CLN can convert the £225k owed [ including interest] at a 15% discount = 0.06375p.

I have that as 392million shares - Nil raised for RRR.

The also have 392m warrants at 0.115p a great deal if DRC delivers.

By my calculations that leaves a free float of 712m shares to raise cash.

With the $7m spread over a new base of 4.8bn shares I'm not sure this will multi bag.

Then again I could be wrong.

They need DRC before the raise.

To be clear my view is not just that article 4 will be passed. That's a certainty.

But there will be a share issue of size before any DRC proceeds. You have disagreed and see funding as within days.

Vagabond if you had numerical flair, you would realise I am one of ten posters on this Board who hold a negative or very negative view on the company. There are five or so on the other boards . What we have that you don't have is company knowledge and years of watching new posters like you arrive only to be dissapointed. Many ar of the ten are actually shareholders with a lot more experience than you.

My sole comment is we will have an AGM and a placing before any cash from DRC.

One of us will be right and one of us will be wrong.
