The 12th Dec RNS was before placing. What we have learnt is he took up 106m of shares in the placing ( do the maths) and sold all of those and 6m more.

Not all big holders announce holdings.

To be fair they don't have to.

What we can conclude on volumes is all the placing guys from 14th December want out.

Why ? Elephant in the room.

Because they know we will have 1.5bn new shares before DRC money ( if it ever arises)

To be fair if the placing guys are out you might actually have a spike. Unfortunately IMO you will be underwhelmed by any subsequent DRC updates which will all be teasers [ rhetoric with little fact]

Not sure why no holdings RNS after 14th Dec but RRR s governance is shocking ( Bell came on here and admitted to me himself his company's house fillings were wrong and would be corrected - I'm still waiting).

You have to wonder why they are selling with DRC imminent. Smart answer is as Dukey says a placing.

Gordon did you know Bell had the proceeds of a far bigger than $7.5m Greenland sale in Eschew in a Cypriot bank only for it to go walkabouts.

Anything short of independently verified cash take with a pinch of salt.

Mr Bell has had to.live with this for many year and said he would personally go to DRC to check receipt of cash. He's not booked any flights yet.

Reach RNS and 1.5bn shares in Article 4 says nothings different

I've been called a lot of names and ridiculed on here but I let the facts talk. At the moment settlement is not as certain as others think IMO and DYOR.

Latino - it was cleverly worded as a Reach RNS.

The Nomad did not sign it off as non price sensitive information.

Feels like a slight abuse of the Reach system to me.

The LTHs don't think this is as close as portrayed by the new DL communication. We await news from the office manager :)

A small clue there was a 666m share placing at 0.075p to undisclosed parties. Only they stood to gain and conjecture on my part but they did not think the news good enough to hold.

Go-ly to be fair Andrew said settlement was imminent two years ago.

Key difference with DG is far more active press coverage.

It really needs to happen this time ( before the share issue).

1. For the sixth time. I am not paid by anyone despite your fixation. That would be market abuse.

2. Mr Bell came on to say I was in trouble if I was Gary Carp. I told him I was not. He also said I was wrong about the security we have at companies House with Prime Resources Limited. He said he would correct it as it had been satisfied. I thanked him and still await the revised paperwork.

Each to his own on here but two facts

- Article 4 will mean 1.5 bn shares approved 16th Feb.
