Key is getting the new shares away at the highest possible price and engaging with the Tophams and Black's who facilitate this.

Personal view and judge me on it later but I don't think DRC is sufficiently progressed and our leaders will actually plug something else. What [oil or gold from BK or potential asset sale ] I don't know. Nor if it will work.

Interesting 40% of the issue thought it not worthwhile to convert at 0.06375 a discount of 70% to the current SP and also forgo one for one no risk warrants at 0.1125.

They must either be mad or very cautious on prospects.

In some ways Bell played a blinder as whilst conversion is at 30 day VWAP average he put a 0.2p floor in.

To a degree these guys are locked in and I do wonder how they rank pari pasu on a company wind up.

This is why I'm fascinated by the charge that Bell came on here a month ago and said had been satisfied. The paperwork is still outstanding and CH still shows a charge to Prime Resources Ltd.

Fabulous deal for HNWI as Maidit says

Unfortunately Bell massively messed this up.

What was described as a novel instrument to avoid dilution in hindsight looks a terrible decision which has cost shareholders dear.

Maidit can dress this up all he wants but it's truly awful.

Yes talkin and the abuse we get for pointing out the obvious is absolutely uncalled for.

RRR is just incapable of delivering under Bell allways has been. Whatever we do or post.

My reading is :

1. Notification by CLN holders to company was within seven days of December issue. RRR has kept this to themselves for seven weeks !! Bit like the satisfaction of the security Mr Bell said would be lodged with CH but has not.

2. No mention of one to one warrants exercisable at 0.11p.

3. No mention of broker warrants on 12 to one ratio

4. No mention of the fairly userous rate of interest penalties payable to those that don't convert.

To be fair bratt DRC and RRRs claim has been going on for just over two years since Mr Bell said it was imminent.

I find the attention to a bigger claim ( despite no progress on the smaller claim) farsical to the extreme.

The fact all the placing shares at 0.075p were sold last week tell us everything.

Those in the know the bashers expect a placing BEFORE news.

I was asked to apologise by rampers for allegedly discouraging investors from making a fortune here. I would offer an alternative view (1) rampers should apologise (2) those that avoided this share from reading the bulletin board will be thankful.

2 - Dilution at end of week as more shares issued. Week 2.

So you say the real plan is slowly leaking its 6,236 barrels a day of oil for RRR. Wow.

It seem the scene is being set for even if we export no Lithium or get no DRC proceeds RRR will do very well.
