Helpfuls 12.16 5th March post. I have allready added balance to his one sided view on DRC and Elephant.

1. A more modest statement. Lest we not forget.

Sept 23 - Helpful was talking production in the tens of thousands of tons a month and NPV of millions - see the first equity model he shouted !

2. 18th August RNS we were procuring " crushing and benification equipment". We were looking at sales channels. Five Chinese buyers. Task force in Dubai. We onboarded Dirk who spookily we could not pay in Dec and issued him shares.

3. A month later we pivoted to trialing export channels. We had the fiasco of the fake photos ( Dirk the designated driver got sick) and an underling took them. It was revealed it was not ALR Lithium but we brought it on the open market.

4 . Judge us by our exports they cried.15th November RNS great joy as first truck left for Beira - no news on truck 2 -7

5. Chairmans statement for AGM - delay now from weeks before chinese new year to weeks after.

6. A week or so ago Bell says the 200 tonnes is safely in storage in Zimbabwe costing nothing ( cynically I would question that and we brought high ) .

Helpful then tells us Bell was being imprecise !!!

So the backsliding on the hype is pretty amazing and under some interpretations a cynic might suggest all we have done is purchase 200 tonnes of Lithium from a third party and store it.

I look at Helpful who was party to bigging this up and can only conclude he is the world's worst Investment Advisor.

I m considering dropping the company a note to suggest gaging Helpless.

His posts are ridiculous and acting as a serious drag on the company.

Number 2 - It is close to a settlement on DRC !!!

Most posters on here would find that statement offensive. The guff we have been spun over two years and two months is unforgivable.

It may well come good, albeit that's debatable and I'm confident of a sting in the tail somewhat short of $7.5m.

Bell said he could have settled for half most on here wish he had. He's diluted more than half in the long tedious wait. So as ever he called it wrong. Imminent and Bell will be forever linked.

His posting at 12.16 was comedy gold. Pick each in turn.

Number 1 - Elephant is making good progress ?

Five failed IPO attempts over two years plus.

Not made the list for the next tranch of IPOs

Benin licence renewal issues.

No interest whatsoever in any IPO.

No progress in eight years since RRR invested.

Helpfuls only positive contribution on the subject is neighbouring blocks are doing well.

That's it the sum of his facts.

It's a ridiculous statement from the world's worst Investment Advisor.

It somewhat reminds me of the Titanic - the captain and the band going down regardless.

From his company house filing Stephen is no spring chicken so might finally hang up his boots if RRR doesn't make it.

RRR is in a good place top top quote and priceless.

Others from a more balanced perspective would say its probably in the most precarious position its ever been.

Dukey 0.0637 lowest price ever.

50% rise and spike does not get us even to 0.1p !!!

Let's just hope they don't need to raise for now and can use alternative funding sources.

To be fair I was wrong on that and hoping I continue to be.

Really quiet after all the excuses re elections.

Increasingly looks like the Reach RNS was just hyperbole with no substance like 5 Chinese buyers.

Many brought into it though. Let's hope I'm wrong.

I hanvt been yet for many years. But DRC this month would seriously improve RRR prospects and silence me.

Unfortunately

1 Pari Passu our prospects are not outstanding and will thus allways fail to compete against others - wharever the gold price.

2. RRR is all maxed out in terms of funding options available to it.

You've been bigging this up for years with the worst Investment advice ever. DYOR and IMO only.

So the declining SP is all to do with shorting.

It's laughable IMO this company is so small.

The declining SP is due to the company spending more than it ever has ( admin and finance charges) , and over promising and under delivering on multiple fronts.

Sales yesterday feel like February 24 conversion of 19th Oct 23 CLN ( 211m shares), as these are the only holders in profit. Mr Bell needs a rabbit from his hat on his African visit.

Long suffering investors have suffered from relentless posting on links to commodity prices for most of thst time.

Just as the earth is round there are two facts :

- irrespective of anything Helpful will allways find a commodity to big up.

- he will allways big up an RRR prospect ALR and FASO and COTE he has been creaming himself over recently. Previously its Elephant IDA DRC Lemon you name it.

The old dog Lundy has learnt a new trick recently re neighbouring plots that do well whilst RRR is perpetualy in the doldrums.

Ten years of failed posting on this and SP decline and he says RRR is in a good place.

I may well be a boring boy to him but he is the worst Investment Advisor in the world and blind to balanced facts on this company.

Unfortunately Helpful Elephant won't be listing in the next IPO round on US exchanges.

It's throwing good money after bad Elephant has failed to get over the line five times now on an IPO and has gone on longer than DRC.

A wag on the other board has suggested the long term strategy is to avoid Elephant listing to preserve it value in the accounts. It would likrly tumble once traded and crystallise a loss. All IMO and DYOR.

I guess Dukey the 0.06375p 19th Oct CLN conversion will be appraising this.

They allready have made 20% interest in 4 months

Marginal gain on sale even at this price.

Optional warrants at 0.1125 if DRC comes good.

They have 211m shares.

If they are chosing to sell they won't be anticipating much in the way of news in the short term and they pocket a gain.

I do think a raise is inevitable eventually and highly likely before DRC. What price the raise ?

Spec - I like you but that's a very generous interpretation of success. I think the market says otherwise.

To be fair he has had lots of visits to Africa over the last five years posing with waistcoats etc.

I'm not aware of any single defining event that resulted from these visits ( agreements contracts material progression of on- going projects).

I stand to be corrected. Can any else remember a positive event resulting from a visit ?

I honestly don't beleive shorters would be interested in a small outfit like this.

But I'm no expert.

I think it's just a trust issue. That will change when RRR finally get something over the line.

As AB sells all new issues to unnamed PI, which must change holdings % and does not enforce the holdings disclosure [ which is not I understand mandatory], he is not immune to a little jiggery pokery on the share front himself.

A cynic might suggest the 5th Feb Reach RNS which indicated payment was within touching distance was to enable the 666m shares issued pre Xmas to major PIs at 0.075p to escape with a profit.

Excitement on here was quite high.

The placing many suspected would happen was not forthcoming. We all know estimated cash burn.

I suspect an alternative source of debt financing has been secured. I find it weird the CEO came on here and said the relationship with Prime Resources Gibraltar had ended (the previous source of debt funding ). To me that suggests a new debt financing arrangement coupled with RRR will clearly we will be short of cash.

We are now all in on Burkino Faso. The gentlemans agreement with Riverside and my suspicion is RRR has some defered payments or loan as part of that deal ( as nothing in the world is free)

David Lenigas is a strange one little or no involvement (yet) and no follow through on the South American oil prospect. Conjecture but some disagreement on approach ?

ALR all on hold and the full 200 tonnes all now in Zimbabwe. Judge us by our exports has time to run. The RNS on the first truck leaving feels disingenuous but we are led to beleive from Helpful that was imprecise. So it's either one truck in Beira or none. Very slow start.

Posting on other board Elephant not on the next list for IPO.

No sign of or proceeds from Limon royalty.

No indication of asset sales or management taking salary cuts ( they said they would do that in the 2022 accounts if no cash releasing event).

So in terms of the here and now and company specific events (rather than links to gold price and neighbouring prospects) it boils down to IMO - DRC coming good or significant gold sales from Faso in the next few months.

My opinion only but still feels high risk and little progress made in two years since DRC was imminent excepting significantly more shares and debt which "dissipates" the ultimate DRC prize for LTHs.

Dukey he's on my filter - he's actually quite knowledgeable and very passionate.

Unfortunately his style and lack of brevity means many filter him. It's a shame as a balanced brief debate is healthy

Helpful we had to put up with this relentless barage of gold price links when it peaked in Aug 19 and Aug 20. Nothing happened at RRR then and nothing will happen now.

I'm pretty confident in 2019 and 2020 the real price of gold inflation adjusted was higher than now.

Also everything's relative the hurdle rate to proceed with a development means we have to rank.our prospects against others. None of RRR prospects are outstanding via a benchmark with others as they have been available for sale JV for years now and no takers.

Realisticly I don't beleive the gold price impacts RRR at all as we don't produce and pari passu rising prices does not make our prospects any more attractive compared to others DYOR and I MO only.

AIM its fluff but cost a fortune so when Mr Bell first said imminent in Jan 22 we had 1.2bn shares.

We now have three times as many shares with nothing to show as 60 -70% of burn is admin or financing charges.

Yes Spec - News is a man of many words and a petulance for capitals.

In relation to my previous post.

Bell has given away 10% of the then [ 19th October 2023 )]company for 110k [ less than a months burn] with options on another 10%. For 170k.

So 20% potential dilution for 280k.

He only has himself to blame for the subdued SP he's diluted it to oblivion which is why it's subdued.

Conjecture on my part but I suspect we have now reverted to debt financing. The dilution horse has unfotunatly allready bolted.

As you Spec and Talkin have said numerous times the sensible option would be to hunker down and not dilute. Unfotunatly RRR can never resist more spinning plates.
