I keep my posts to the factual Lithium is a failure when compared to the hyperbole. Imminent is not two year timeline Major PI participate in placings and sell off with little or no disclosure. These are observational and verifiable facts that all investors should have their eyes wide open to and many on here would vouch for.

I was intrigued yesterday when the insider said it was just one man wanting a pay off holding this up.

That was exactly what Bell implied eight months ago and said we would go for 100%.

So a cynic would say no progress and wrong course of action.

Had we accepted 75% eight months ago it would have avoided 1bn share plus dilution.

With potentially more to come.

It would be ironic if we take a discount after holding out with so many unintended consequences for so long.

By any stretch the imagination all the Hyperbole on ALR which you instigatef and encouraged has fallen massively flat.

For the record not paid no agenda no conspiracies , just the pattern RRR have followed for years.

Squandered cash = admin and finance charges. In last accounts 70% of spend met this criteria.

A reasonable estimate is since Bell famously said two years ago DRC was imminent $3m of cash has been spent this way.

We never had a proper explanation why Greenland fell through and if something changed re DRC probability of payment I can't see Mr Bell having any incentive in updating holders. Any other walk of life it would be career limiting. Stressing this is all IMO and speculative but well run companies have good governance to separate share holders and officers interests. A recent example is the movement to show of hands and no breakdown of votes at AGM, and tardy removal of security charge on CH which worried me.

My honest assessment is this could do OK if DRC is received or they can get a JV away.

If we beleive DRC is close Bell made a horrible mistake by not hunkering down and preserving cash. In 2023 he issued nearly 2 bn shares at ridiculous prices with warrents at 0.11p. . This diluted the company two thirds and meant the current SP was 0.08p not 0.2p to 0.25p as the cash was squandered.

Say DRC and anything else comes good it's a good gain from here but no multi bagger or He1 sky rocket.

The high share count and those desperate to escape will cap any rise to 0.25p IMO. So there is a Bull case to invest. What's the bear case ? The risks

- Bell has 1.3bn share headroom burning a hole in his pocket

- DRC does not happen anytime soon. They have cried wolf too oftern for my liking

- They are allready binging on debt financing as they have done previously with Riversfort and Prime Resources with a lender charge on assets. This could go "tits" up with wipe out. Big PIs all have priority over ordinary Joe's. They have a habit of non disclosure in RNSs and arranging loans through subsiduarys so we are never sure.

I don't think they have enough clout to get ALR or Faso or anything else running alone. Elephant is a dog. They have never in twenty years managed an IPO or JV. The Limon royalty might help but they have a shocking relationship with the owners ( past legal dispute). The most likely forr me is potentially some cash for Australia.

Helpful knows all this very well and its appaling he was bigging this company up a year ago when the price was 0.7p and First Equity has a target price of 2.8p. He is the worst Investment Advisor in the world and IMO an appaling human being.

So yes for me if DRC comes in soon ( six months) you could make a tidy sum. If it does not you will join the many on here who feel let down.

I could not agree more. No other share ever could offer the entertainment value this does. It's also similar on the other board with Kemeche and Dead Duck Resources leading some great comic commentary.

This share and Bell are priceless. We have Lundy as the pantermine villain. Bell as Captain Calamity or the Man with the Minus touch.

They seek it hear they see it there tall tales of Lithium. And now the promise of fools gold.

All the time we are hiding behind the sofa as minus touch delivers yet more confetti or some Shylock loan backed by the decling meagre asset in Mother Bells cupboard.

It's compelling stuff for many of us who are incredulous that the company can issue so many shares and allways clutch a defeat from the jaws of victory. It truly is amazing I will miss it when it's gone.

Helpful seems to know an awful lot. One individual enriching themselves. Many on here know how that feels !!! A poster on this board with inside knowledge perhaps .

The buying into the repayment date suggests they have this covered as a roll over. I truly hope so.

The irony is he's an investment advisor and a key metric for them is past performance.

Only conclusion to be drawn is Helpful is the worst Investment Advisor in the world and impervious to his own past failings.

I agree he doesn't lose but if Bell is using a secured loan it could put Lundys CLN at risk.

For completeness he holds about 700k of shares in the dog Elephant. That's why he's so keen to big that up.

I think for what it's worth you and talkin are the most balanced here and Robins does well for the how long he's been invested.

I have a massively cynical view of AB and Helpful.

I would genuinely love just one of the spinning plates to properly come good.

The 500k they got on 14th Dec must be running low. Remember they need 100k to repay the 19th October CLN that did not covert.

Based on average accounts cash usage last year we should have little left.

Still think they have taken a loan but would issue shares if they could get the price higher.

The work in FASO is being done by Sam and we paid him in shares in early Dec 23 so a possibility.

My favourite of all RRR venture is Lithium judge us by our exports.

I can't see the 200 tonnes that are in Zimbabwe moving anytime soon. But as Helpful says Andrew was being imprecise in saying they were in Zimbabwe.

It really was the icing on the cake of all the Lithium hype. We produced nowt but brought 200 tonnes of someone else's Lithium, to test an export market and store it

It's mind bending.

I suspect the plan is we all forget this episode and it rolls out of public consciousness.
