Despite two developments on FASO and POW the SP is stuck in a rut.

0.071 to sell 0.073 to buy is pretty close to all time lows.

Getting DRC proceeds first to avoid the dilution implicit in the POW deal is essential.

The price of the next placing over 200k is also implicit in the POW deal and is a make or break value.

Lots of small traders brought in for DRC and Lithium following a couple of years of Bell and Helpful grandstanding prospects which are now being swept under the carpet.

With more dilution and SP down ten fold in the last year they are sunk never to recover

The proforma management accounts post aquisition assets of $1.5m with liabilities consideration not paid of $1.3m.

He's conflating as allways his opinion of the value of an asset FASO and ALR $100m DRC $400m Kenya $40m with reality.

Yes this time he's opted for multiples of $6m but RRRs balance sheet will not materially change before any IPO. It might after a successful float but not before.

The lad has no balance and sees no downside to anything this company does.

This is high risk and mega dilutive unless by some miracle DRC comes good.

But why take the risk if DRC is close ?
