As I have told you many times RRR apply an aggressive accounting policy see note 1.4.8 which explains the "area of interests approach".

The layman's explanation is they are held at cost until abandoned.

All the auditor disclaimers are around this is NOT the going concern value. So the real value is less than the accounting value.

It's also why Bell can't sell the £1.5m of promised asset sales.

The assets unfortunately as evidenced in the accounts are not as great as you think.

Commodity prices could triple and it would have no impact on RRR.

Our assets are no great shakes , our form on delivering anything zero, huge trust issues , shocking balance sheet and likely fund raise.

- what's the terms of the MOU.

This is what this board should be covering not wider maro economic issues and commodity prices of stuff we don't produce.
