Due dillgence was meant to compete of 19th April.

Included in due diligence was a financial assessment. As the transaction was mostly shares we would need 10 billion or so at today's price.

The agreement termination is 13 weeks from 13th March so 20th June.

Gives RRR 4 weeks for its SP to recover or the deal is dead in the water.

On the cusp of yet another embarrassing own goal.

It's these company specific details that matter not commodity prices or neighbours..

I have long said RRR governance was poor. No harm done but Company Secretary and Kaintz should not have let this one through.
