Stephen and I have battled for five years now.

He has been crying mutibagger every year of the five.

Remember Stephen when we up in 0.4p with only a billion shares and you were posting the Jan 23 First Equity note ?. It was an eye watering 2.8p target. Easy you said and much more.

I and many others warned off investors and we were right.

Helpful has never lost money as the game is different for him.

Whatever the outcome is good or bad Helpful will not lose.

No contrition no remorse no acknowledgement that he is conflicted and an insider - just the same old screw unsuspecting mugs on here [ you Mikey / Spec get the risk] but I worry for others.

The market and the major PIs are not convinced here and for good reason.

Remember when we gave no details on Lithium at all as it was commercial in confidence :) Perhaps FASO is producing at a rate of knots bit its all commercial in confidence !! Our supportive lenders the 0.5% interest per day one with 30% arrangement fee - might want some more of the pie.

Lots of predatory interest in RRRs new riches and the company is in many ways responsible for creating that. Let's see how much remains for ordinary Joe's.

Opportunistic they allegedly have a small scale operation in FASO.

Lots of false dawns all of last year. Mid October RNS promised sales in 2024. Mid November RNS said it was still on target. Complete radio silence after that. This type of misleading statement and missed target is systematic in RRR and why there are so many naysayers.

it's not shown as a 5% plus holding in the ipo listing documents but guess who owns 707k of shares or 5 62%.

This is just the large PIs selling into the rise - they get them all again at 0.04p on the next placement. Not the 1p our new dreamer Bobat has for the next placing.

History tells you two things

1. at 188 seperate placing RNSs RRR is a record breaker.

2. Adjusting for a 25 to one share consolidation holders in RRR would be 99.92% down on their original investment. Aside from companies going bust another record breaker.

Interesting end to the week for sure and a transfer of wealth from anyone investing now to the few PIs who hold most of the shares.
