Yesterday I posted a red flag metric

13% dilution to pay down 3% of the debt pile.

I was mistaken

One sharecissue was iro professional fees, the second CLN interest the third 200k loan.

We know we have 200k of loans from at least 30th June 23cat 0.5% interest A DAY. 200 days have elapsed that's 200k in interest alone on those loans.

So correction 13% dilution to fund a small portion of finance charges for six months.

No wonder Bell says he has funding avaiable being offered..

I'm sorry but I'm doubtful this will survive even if

he gets DRC.

They don't tell us much on financing but what we

can glean is its in a shocking state.

On the 13th March 2024 in the POW italics Bell said nothing that was not in the main body of the RNS.

All of Harringtons ZPHR comments in italics just talk about what's in the main body of the RNS nothing more or less.

Nothing controversial in the examples you sight.

Here in this RNS today Bell is saying LOTS OF THINGS NOT IN THE MAIN BODY OF THE RNS. VERY UNUSUAL

- interest in RRR assets.

- funding available if he wants it.

The Nomad only signs off on the main body.

The fact Bell has to mention all this additional stuff which has not been verified in the main body is hugely unusual.and tells me he's sinking. Desperate to paint positivity

Just drop the NOMAD a note they will confirm they don't validate the words in italics.

Helpful and chums have reduced the conversion price from 0.0975p 4 months to 0.075p now and the warrents from 0.11875p to 0.09375p.

The warrents added to the ridiculous out allready there PoW etc mean my never post again if this hit 0.12p is now IMO nailed on.

Helpful will confirm the warrent price in August 23 was 0.8p.

Zero chance you will see anything as they are one of the few and they don't do Holdings RNS.

They are in italics as they are not validated and attributable to BELL ONLY.

It's Bell hyperbole and he's done it for years.

Nomad wants no part of asset sales hence italics.

Total debt £9.6m so 270k cleared = 3% debt reduction.

Yes Fonzi - a poster last week quizzed me about the debt and asked where I got £9.6m from. I explained he got it and bailed with a 30% profit at 0.06p.

It's a shame other posters on here don't have similer foresight :)

I'm strongly of the view Andrew was never going to get this over the line and was drunk on his own hyperbole.

The troubles in DRC are none of his making and are the first legitimate excuse for non delivery he has ever had.

I expect him to milk it to the maximum degree possible.

Without DRC cost the company is technically insolvent in my opinion.

200k of our debt at 0.5% a day costs 30k a month.

Let's put the rest at a generous 12% a year so £9.4m - a generous 100k a month.

That's 130k a month on finance costs ALONE , plus 200k to run the shop.

Not sure how we ever repay any of it.

Bell needs DRC and even then I think it's insolvent by any measure.

Still Helpful says " RRR is in a good place" and he is an Investment Advisor.

I take your point Richy but as others mentioned Bells rather derogatory comments at length on Rawanda a few days back were very hard an inappropriate and frankly wrong.

Yes Bell probably has to take sides put he held no prisoners on that !!

Yes political freedom is limited but Rawanda by most measures has one of the best health, education infant mortality rate and income distribution in Africa.

Bell is a man who cosys up to the Military regimes in FASO and is vocally anti Ukraine and pro Russia.

He not only strings punters along with RRR, but despite the affable demeanour has some pretty unpleasant views.
