I can only think the Nomad has tired of the rubbish. Years since anything RRR said or promised came true.

Listing costs are industry wide estimated at 250k a year so would not suprise me if it went private. Shares untradable and lenders pick up the spoils. To be fair I have said for five years run by the few for the few. Poor old drilling crew with his 87m shares and buying more !!!

News meaning we are multiples of the current SP and that good reward proposition seemed to disapaiting.

Debtors will be getting twitchy so attention will be focused on that rather than those frequently mentioned asset sales.

I think share issue and dilution is an inevitability. Could be up to a billion with warrents, maybe at 0.03p which will.mesn even newbies are under water and looking at risk.

Could be for cash or could be paying down debt. If all debt was at 12% finance charges would be over 100k a month. We know much debt is at multiples of that. Position not sustainable and looks like no DRC anytime soon. Just my view but not investable.

Accounts here are overdue and limited in scope. From the last accounts the key figure is at the end 57k corporation tax.

With the prevailing rate of 25% the sole owner is taking home 170k a year whilst being partially retired and spending a long time on this board.

Let's hope non of that income is associated by RRR. !

So the indication is Helpful has made up the case against Glencore. He has also introduced paperwork suggesting a JV of $1bn. Again zero evidence and pure exaggeration.

I remember well his posts about Tin Hill and 5m tonnes per annum just over a year ago thanks Zumore. The reality is Till Hill produced nothing and was fully impaired less than nine months later in RRRs final accounts to 30th June 24.

I also remember his claims of FASO production in April May and July last year.

His figures below were outrageous and his FASO early production prediction

1 - 5,000 ounces net to RRR.

2 - 1.200 tonnes per hour of material throughput.

3- $450 all in costs.

Were he just an ordinary poster we would just dismiss these ridiculous projections as the board idiot or mad man.

He however

- holds a share of ALR and FASO the two outfits he ramps.

- he is laughably an investment advisor

- he lends RRR money and is a close freind of Bell.

He is an insider and conflicted.

There is no guarantee of success and because RRR is £10m in debt, with no production or no asset sales anywhere it's s*it or bust.
