Dave where do you get the information and is it up to date ?

I was thinking all the big institutions exiting a week back the inference is it was big institutions they offloaded to or else retail would have increased sharply.

For balance Bell had a small period 18 years ago when he made some holders a lot of money.

It's been downhill for 18 years since then. With the gravy train refulled in 2016 with a 25 to 1 consolidation. 170billion equivalent shares issued and no end in sight.

This company is doomed IMO even with the cash. The debt increase and dilution in the last nine months has buried it.

The SP was 0.6p. 15 times more than now.

Bell has not secured the money but ironically spent more than the arbitration cash in pursuit of it.

You have absolutely zero to say on any of the concerns and this Co has a bucket full of real concerns.

Simply blind faith and an unerring trust in Andrew is the sole basis of your investment.

- company hyperbole well known. What's your view on FASO ? You ignore it ?

- dilution happens so quickly you don't realise. Well over twice as many shares in the eight months you've been invested.

- link of small 25k loans to warrants is a new one.

Far from boring all of this is company specific links any invester should be carefully considering.

What is boring is endless commodity links when RRR has produced or sold nothing in eight years, endless links to opportunities in DRC and Glencore when RRR can't even get the foundation arbitration award settled after three years of huffing and puffing and repeatedly sayings its close imminent and next weeks.

There months back you were humouring me saying I won't be posting for long [ 0.12p and £4m net]. Unfortunately I think you are slowly waking up to what this company is and sadly I am right.

In mid October we were promised small scale gold sales by the end of 2024. In a proper RNS. They added for good measure Cote sales as well [ both jurisdictions] That was confirmed in another " cautious and precise" Bell RNS in mid November

Here we sit the end of February and nothing.

On in FASO or Cote [ termites RNS 18th October].

All these cautious and precise RNSs have the smell of Lithium about them.

Nothing was exported, no communication and the company hid the eventual impairment in the annual accounts.

Sorry but IMO the governance of this company is shocking evidenced by everything it touches

In the accounts to 30th June RRR had 3.143bn shares. Today less than 8 months later we have 6.523bn shares. Its more than doubled in eight months to keep the lights on.

At 30th June there were 849m warrents. Increasing since 31st Dec 24. RRR are having to incentivise small loans circa 25k by no only repaying in shares but equal warrents at very low price. So 151m warrents added in the last six weeks on just 100k of debts.

I think we are now at the stage the lenders are also distressed and pushing for there own place in the inevitable suspension.

All IMO and DYOR but the figures don't lie.

Pumpky 25 to 1 consolidation in 2016 so with 6.5billion now it would be 162.5 billion a record breaker.

Bell set the notional value at 0.01p he said at the time so he would never have to do another consolidation.

I think if RRR is still alive we will be below 0.03p next month if the place anymore. So a billion shares raises just 300k.

Unbelievable stuff.

Maidit you are not the sharpest knife in the block.

1. Mr Black is dead.

2 The 140m shares [ apologies I said 150m] were for 25k of debt.

3. RRR has £10m of debt.

4 The equivalency ratio is 56bn shares to swap all the debt at that rate.

5 56bn compares to 7bn or so now.

6. Debt holders in control by ratio of 10 to 1.

7. Poor little Maidit who has said every week for fourteen months this will come good looks in real trouble.

8. This is not good news it demonstrates Bell and RRR have zero cash.

17.12 Banbury says all this week will bring is confetti cue a 5.46 RNS very cautious and precise. 150million share [including warrents] for a 25k debt. It's ridiculous. At least one more before the end of the week.

I have no opinion and they could all be buys

Problem is Black's Estate will be selling forever. Its not just the core holding they are selling. They also have to convert all the loans to shares as RRR have no means of repaying.

Looks like another week will pass with just the mandatory confetti issue.

Meanwhile those o.5% per day loans which were probably meant for a few weeks approach their first birthday. Cash position and balance sheet a car crash. Even with DRC they are a goner IMO.

Would suprise me if Dukey went long.

Strange one pumpky.

I brought in 22 - 24p three tranches.

1. Panicked and sold a third at 25p.

2. Had the other third on a sell limit order

3. Keeping a third going.

No looking much as at centre parcs with grandkids.

Sell order was at 31.2p. It executed at 38p on the RNS. Fair play to H/L I would never have know.

Thought Wood would fly this morning but interesting to see if an offer arrives. Consensus seems to be between 70p and £2. I think lower end most likely.

My motivation is purely philanthropic.

One of the few facts here is I would have saved any Investors who cared to listen in the five years plus I have been warning a fortune.

In my opinion and I've never been wrong Bells chances of pulling something off in DRC [ especially cash] are at best negligible.

The hyperbole he uses is wrong and to sight this company of all companies as "cautious and precise" is an insult to the intelligence of investers.

A reminder they increased holdings on a debt conversion recently.

Black unlikely to be holding long term and will sell into any rise.

Even if Bell / Helpful try a pump and dump, I'm not sure it will force the SP higher. The company IMO seems screwed at every level.

- RNS debt conversion 600m shares pushing us past 7bn. !

glencore in your article was found guilty of a lesser charge of inadequate organisation. the court tellingly agreed they were not aware of the bribe. glencore are not contesting it or appealing it.

i'm no legal expert but the common sense view see this opening any doors to a rrr claim. all imo and dyor.

In December 23. Bell said as part of the Annual Report. We were so close on DRC he prepared to versions on the Annual report.

14 months has elapsed.

Are we any close ?

The only cautious and presise facts over the sixteen months are.

1 - Sharecount up 2.6bn to 6.45bn - 140% !!

2 - Debt increased from £5m to £10m - some at 0.5% a day.

3 - No asset or commodity sales Lithium Gold etc.

I think it reasonable to suggest the company has expended more cash and effort on DRC than it will ever receive.
