The one I would love to come in is ZPHR. Well completion this week and a long wait for testing and CPR. Could be anything but governance is really good in terms transparency/ communication. Clear on debt and blended interest rates. It's got everything RRR lacks. Helpful has also massively dished it.

Steely you are right it's the history of the whole transaction they sold down from 9% to 2.5% or so over the course of Friday and Monday.

Looks like today they fully exited.

This board does lack balance and you could see it either way :

- Big PI selling up does not bode that well or

- Selling pressure removed as this settles at more like fair value.

Interesting to see tommorrow.

I got in with a 0.24p 0.23p and 0.22p. But a sell order in for a week at 0.312p. To top slice profit.

I will.leave the rest as this is definitely not a basket case and the offer interest in August to me is pretty compelling. Good luck all invested.

I said the RNS was horribly presented.

Some on the board have it as an accumulation others as a disposal.

Lots of history there but the last transaction was clearly the huge disposal down to circa 2%

Bell promised resolution on 22nd January.

All we got was 767m new shares on 29th and 31st January. 14% dilution. Just to pay debts.

No chance of any money soon.

PoW due in a few weeks.

Only certainty here is further dilution - 14% a month to service the debt.

It's a red flag, record breaking death spiral IMO.

Fact Mike went to Faso we know nothing of the outcome but RNS in mid October followed by RNS in Mid November said gold sales in 2024. This rotten company doesn't have the decency to update.

There has never been any documentation or paperwork in the public domain on DRC. Bell is clearly chasing something but has created his own narrative in the absence of any documentary information.

This reminds me slightly of Lithium. The company announced in November 23 all details were commercial in confidence so they could not update. It was all a smokescreen for the truth their was no Lithium we were not testing the market waiting for the Chinese demand.

Here in the now Bell is saying he can nothing as he is waiting for an agreement. That agreement could be anything.

The similarity is smokescreen, buying time for the next episode, with nonsense words. I think we must be nearing the point where the lenders have had enough !!

Bells prospects of getting anything from DRC were allways remote. He fooled everyone with the hype on 22nd January [ even I was unsure] but now that's played out badly we are back to remote.

The only one I have no opinion on is Australia something good could happen there. Albeit the fact they have no paid amounts due is unhelpful.

The other assets are unattractive and no one has ever formally looked at them [ Bell would be singing it they had ]. DRC just face saving commentary IMO. £10m debt is the Elephant in the room !!

Reality is he over hyped the final meeting on the 22nd January and Bells words "the Arbitrator said sort it out amongst yourselves". This was before the war !!!

DRC settlement is no closer than it was three years ago. The war will be used as an excuse. Yes he's right to come home but he owes SHs the truth about the financial position and prospects just the once in this miserable companies existence.
