What we do know is

- RRR had a two year legal dispute with the buyers of Limon as it was an awfully crafted deal. Zumore the expert.

- Dukeys link indicates ore mined not processed.

I have no view either way but as ever with RRR nothing and I mean nothing is straightforward.

Allways a doubt - that word risk that you allways ignore as you prefer the word reward.

FWIW I don't think we will survive long enough to receive the royalty so all academic.

As we have been saying for a long long time interesting to see how this plays out.

Andrew will need to placate the major supportive SHs who might be worried about their loans.

If he can't convince them on progress provided they own 10% plus they can call an EGM.

This was over a year ago. The tone was to pivot from the disappointment of Lithium. They allways bring out interest in assets. To my knowledge there has not been a single evidenced formal approach accredited by the NOMAD.

The one and only drill in Cote was sent to the lab [ the termites].on 18th October for a fast track assessment [ just payment to clear]. Radio silence ever since!!

It's absolutely farcical . Perhaps the results are so good they are commercial in confidence and we have a top ten miner lined up for a sale.

This is why we live RRR. Gold price rise over the last year has progressed nothing IMO.

Spec - I do like you but you have spend most of the past six months belittling Bells statements on FASO. You become one us. Just like Lithium its all far fetched. I use the word Hyperbole.

To claim "did we ever beleive mining would happen without DRC cash " is preposterous. Why

- with Sam Bell stated it was funded by them.

- with Mike he said it was low cost

- Bell never once in any statement linked conditionality to cash.

- Helpful [ a private SH in FAsO] was if possible even more bullish.

If you thought about it again I think you view borders on [ I'm sorry to say] ridiculous.

Spec - I can agree his whereabouts are minor in the scheme of things.

I meant misled in relation to zero updates on FASO, Tin Hill and debt. This company seem keen to report intentions as fact and not comment when they don't follow through. FASO is a classic RNS mid Oct 24 saying gold sales in 2024. 7th November RNS still on target. They need to give a proper summation of where the company is at in FASO IMO.

They matter Spec because we have been misled.

Many were encouraged to buy in on FASO and TIN HILL by Helpful.

They didn't have the courtesy to tell SHs the real situation on Lithium ( fully impaired) and lending rates. The auditors had to force there hand via the accounts.

So these all matter to Investors and I have never on AIM come across a company so unwilling to give proper balanced updates - that means failures and delays. So it's a balanced view from.me against other shares I follow on AIM.

It's definitely not clear and they allready have history in the form of a legal dispute on this sale. Zumore reckons it was without doubt the worse constructed sale agreement he has come across.

I thought the deal he had with Sam in FASO the gentlemans agreement took the biscuit.

Love to know what happened in FASO. Was any equipment delivered or Indians on site or was it just hyperbole.

Love to know whose looking after the spare parts we flew into Faso and our expensive machine that Helpful was ribbing me about.

I called Lithium right and I'm not sure we have evidence of any activity at all in FASO.

FASO ? I am patiently awaiting gold sales promised in an RNS in November by the end of 2024. Also Mike's report and conclusion due a whole back.

Termites - Cote sample was sent 18th October. Just awaiting payment the RNS said. Nothing since.

I know Mr Bell is busy but could you add to his list ?

Yesterday 18 posters reccomended a post saying they did not beleive Andrew was in the DRC.

Andrew is on record as saying he will not leave DRC until a deal is done.

Circumstances change and it may be reasonable to leave DRC.

I just wish Andrew could be honest and transparent on his location.

Is that too much to ask ?

- nothing on FASO sales yet despite an RNS saying they were on target for 2024.

- 29th January 25 RNS no mention of NDA rather just assets sales.

I had added that I have never been wrong on RRR Orselga and I was a form horse.

Hopefully nothing in this to offend any posters :)

The remedy has been sought for ten years.

It's very elusive and comprises.

" A clear unambiguous non Reach RNS with factual and verifiable information increasing the value of the company".

It doesn't involve

No tweets, no reach, no broadcast to the nation, no clever wording, definatly no photos, no five Chinese buyers, no Gold every Fkin where, no Mike, no poorly Indians, no tales of DRC demographics or lost luggage, no italics from Bell in the RNS.

We live in hope the remedy will arrive !!
