Hollamatronic. I have the same view. I hold a small amount of ITM but think its much easier for AFC to hit £1.50 than ITM to achieve £12.50. I have been considering selling ITM and splitting the capital between here and 2 other green stocks which I feel present much better value than ITM. That is not to detract that they probably have a very good product and support from major organisations but AFC to me is just in a fantastic space right now with a fantastic product and partnerships.

PHE stole the Whites, Tim Yeo and W2T from AFC. After they failed to deliver on their initial partnership ;-)

Anyway, both have moved on, both looking to have transformational years and actually offer complementary tech. Some exciting times ahead.

Yes, hold both and don't look at PE's at this stage in their development and commercialisation. Disruptive technology can be hard to value but both PHE and EQT have exactly that.

I'm really struggling with this constant view that EQT need further news. They have banged out several pieces of news regarding several projects all progressing towards financial closure.

Yesterday I read the Miles McNugget said EQT are overstretched in value or something like that. Really ? No explanation. It just is. Half PHE now yet we need more news to add value. Investors will wake up one day.

Just waiting to close my ITM purchase but it just keeps going up. Now that is a strange one with a stretched valuation. Anyway, once closed the capital is coming this way. Far greater value.

Chippy. You are correct however HS2 is heavily mandated WRT environmental policy by nature of the project and the strategic infrastructure that it crosses. Many of the payment metrics are Health, Safety and Environmental driven.

ChippyJo. The cost of health, safety and environmental should utilise best available techniques and equipment to assure the safety of the personnel and the environment. If this costs a little more but reduces risk or harm to either personal or the environment then its a cost worth paying. How can HS2 choose green diesel which will be used in quantities of 150m litres per year on their projects and justify this against a zero emission technology which is available and possibly at a similar cost (haggis to verify). The UK government have the chance to embrace a UK developed technology and showcase this across HS2. If anything it would benefit the green credentials of the project.

They all seem very keen to pump the green credentials of the race and the AFC system. I think we are going to see a significant increase in visibility of AFC from now on.

It can also lead to Electric construction vehicles. Not just diesel generator replacement. Green diesel is a cop out if you ask me. Whats green about any diesel. I guess were talking some kind of bio diesel, but surely this will never be emission free like a fuel cell.

Chad. It does unlock the warrants but at 0.9p wouldn't entice me to exercise my warrant option of I had them. There may be some selling of the placing shares bought at 0.45p at 0.9p in order to cover the warrants but I expect it depends on the intentions of the warrant holder.

You are right though. £21m is still not a huge MCap if it there is a possibility to produce 10k bopd of high grade oil in the not too distant future.

Your link missed ABs post. Great to see him target government initiatives. Green diesel is simply not good enough. Its a half way house when construction should use best available technology. AB advises what this is.

PinkPineapple. A £70m gross profit is achievable at $30k BTC and 185 BTC per months. Based on 646 PH ARB have been mining around 90 coins. The additional hash power will up this by 2.4 x current rate so as you can see 185 BTC per month at 0.7 efficiency is easily doable. Not unrealistic.

Crying with laughter emoji. So ITM will be valued at nearly £10bn. They turned over £0.2m from sales in thr half yearly report. Admittedly the pipeline looks good but so does EQTs. I bet EQT had greater revenue from sales than that and I bet EQTs pipeline is pretty similar to ITMs yet we only have a small MCap of £150m approximately.

Yes. A 5hit load. And we have more and more equipment coming on line over the next 5 months. Even if BTC stayed at 30k the MCap should do 2.4 x current level based on additional hashrate.

BB2. You are correct to be cautious. Varcoe has been working on Anion Exchange Membranes for well over a decade. They are academics. Thats what they do. Its a great research project and sure it will feed in well to AFC. Any improvements and findings will only assist in the future.

So what about the 400kw liquid system utilising the same foot print as the 160kw container. Can we see that being used with ABB or pushed to the side to accelerate the solid system with more focused effort.

Haggis. AB has or is doing a cracking job of taking AFC from R&D and into full commercial business. The new head of communications appointment has already intimated that AFC will be ramping up communications. I think AB has delegates well to a team of specialists allowing him to build relationships with key partners that will accelerate roll out of the fuel cell system.

I am enjoying the reference to the solid (S) system. As we know this uses the Alkamem membrane proprietary technology. It suggests to me that this is verging on a commercial product for fuel cell application. I would like to think that this may be available before 2022 but that is no more than a gut feeling. In the background further developments will be taking place to improve the durability for industrial scale electrolyser application. Lots to keep investors excited and to look forward to.

Yes it could. By the end of Q1. 1p is only £15m MCap. What value would you put on a company which by the end of Q1 may have arranged finance to build a 10k bopd facility in high grade low sulphur oil ?

I agree the warrants are at 0.9p but they would not be exercised at 0.9p. More likely 1.5p or higher.
