The new Resource update due in March is likely to include all the targets removed from Newcrests MRE by Newmont.

There’s at least 5 or 6 of these not in the current mine plan.

There are also 4 or 5 other anomalies around Telfer that Newmont removed from their MRE as they did not conform to the US form of reporting.

That doesn’t include the uplift of acquiring the Havieron 100% or the West Dome deeps.

No problem I am always nervous when the big boys move in, they buy in large chunks but they can also sell in large chunks which has happened with Fidelity and JLP

The purpose of the event tonight is to show people attending where future Ore will come from at Telfer.

In my own opinion Rick Rules 2-3moz still at Telfer is a bit light.

I am going to show where I think the future ore is situated.

The 426koz will come from the current mining plan of 21.4m tons of ore mainly from the West Dome Open pit, which is in operation at the moment together with the underground mining of the reefs. This is replenishing the stock that the plant is using at the moment.

Using one train will mean the stockpile will increase as more ore is mined than processed.

Shaun has stated that there is 30mt as they’ve identified further Ore. SRK also stated that there is a large quantity of ore on the ROM pad that has been neglected by Newcrest and needs to be dealt with cleaning up the ROM pads.

There is likely to be 2 years processing from the above operations without anything else being found.

Fidelity had a policy change and sold out.

That’s not what’s happened

Fidelity have just sold out of JLP and dessimated the share price, I hope they don’t take anymore.

There’s more than enough plant at Telfer.

The main ones I’m interested in are those 2 drill rigs fan drilling the high grade West Dome Deeps.

One of the first news to come will be these results, they’ve been drilling since April hopefully Ggp will have been access to these results to produce a new model and mining plan.

This is not in any Resource update at present.

• the receipt of certain third party contract consents related to the operation of the Telfer Pipeline;

the Sellers being granted a licence under Part V of the EP Act authorising the operation of evaporation ponds at the Havieron mine, and the renewal of the existing licence granted under Part V of the EP Act in respect of the operation of Telfer;

In paragraph 2 it states certain key environmental approvals

They never mentioned this one so it’s likely this condition is passed but the EPA has not been approved yet, which is confusing.

What you described looks like one of the conditions in the sale agreement.

The HDPE membrane rolls have been sat there since August 2023, there’s only enough there for 2 out of the 3 additional ponds.

Will they have ordered these additional rolls before the acquisition ? A contract for this work must have been agreed by now on proviso of government approval.

The ponds though are not the top priority, the 2 deep vent shafts are, a lot more work there.

Sounds like he’s playing hard to get regarding the Wilki jv.

Perhaps Ggp not bothered about paying A$60m, tooo expensive.

What type of person would be negative with their own investment beggars belief.

Anybody with any knowledge knows that Rio and BHP are not gold miners and only see gold as a by-product.
