They link up with the proposed vent from surface within the oval ore body. This makes the stoping system fairly certain as they’re not likely to drop that area with a shaft in it.

Yes I heard that and I’ve Shaun previously and I believe he means getting to the production level which is below the top of the ore.

If you look at the graphics the exploration Decline goes below the top of the ore shown in green.

Shaun did just mention First Ore in next 13 months so I’m assuming the Decline will continue to the production levels during the September quarter, if it doesn’t then First Ore won’t happen in next 12 months.

I asked at the last Town Hall would we be able to meet the rest of the Board. Shaun said probably not .

This is from a Magneto- telluric survey which can reach hundreds of kilometres down, more than enough for the 2 Bullseye features, with the largest known to be around 1200m deep at the moment . The smaller one around 800m deep.

I’ve heard that phrase many times and it’s very true.

Revenues come from gold Dore bars first, the copper concentrate is sent off to processors who then credit the company later.

The AISC is mainly built up from gold prices, if there’s no gold then copper has to take the brunt of the costs.

The top sections in HAD005 and 006 have been exceptional where the First ore will come from. I think gold grades could average around 8g/t only time will tell.

The copper grades though are better with 10 and 12% seen in the logs this could be down to high concentrations of chalcopyrites which are denser with a Specific Gravity of around 4, so around 4 ton per cubic metre. That is more tonnage from the same rock which will increase the gold and copper production.

It’s also in the greenstones like at Ernest Giles 🙂

I was more interested in their planned 3g/t production but actually turning out to be 12g/t.

This is why I think our First Ore grades will be higher than planned.

Also their underground drilling is extending the mine downwards with higher grades, similarities to what could happen at Havieron.

There’s been a big drill result 200km west of Ernest Giles

10.1m @443g/t that’s 4430 gm

Havieron biggest was 120 x 10g/t = 1200

This was from underground drilling extending the mine downwards to 1120m.

Planned production was at 3g/t actual grams/ ton is 12g/t getting better as it goes down.

About Havieron planned production is around 3g/t it will be interesting to see what the actual comes out at.

That top layer of the sulphides is where HAD005 found 10% copper so I doubt they will not retrieve it at some point.

The high level grades of gold and copper will boost first revenues as they are way above the average for the rest of the sulphides.

This will bring first profit sooner.

They should be able to deplete the aquifer of water to a minimal level.

I’m expecting the new Mining Plan to confront the issue of preventing the aquifer draining into the mine workings.

As the aquifer is sat on top of the ore they may decide to leave a layer of ore at the top in place until the stopes below are backfilled and then come back and remove that layer later.

For me it’s going to be very interesting how they intend to cope with it.

The big new evaporation pond is filling up maybe two thirds of the liner is covered with salty water according to Saturday’s satellite image.

Soon be on the Decline again hopefully.

Can’t see any start to the deep vent yet.

The timing looks about right though for first profit end 2025, from then on nearly all profit.

Until we have clear knowledge on the Decline reaching the production level everything’s still a guess.
