On this thread I’ve called it “ a huge project “ and it is.

Ggp did a comparison placing the old licences on top of the M25, which covered at least two thirds of the M25 length. In the centre is a blue dot which is my interpretation of our Goliath licence on the same map, that in itself is 20x the size of Havieron.

Strudel has done 2 other interpretations for me showing the new licence holdings over Stroud and Stirling when I did my slide presentations.

On that thread there is an old plan pre Ggp showing drills from 1995 on Meadows. This only covers a portion of this particular section.

There is a post on this thread from the RNS when Newmont left and on it is a piece which is quite apt for today’s news:-

““DSG survey was also successful in identifying overall basement lithological trends and recognised a belt parallel alteration signature commonly associated with large scale mineralised systems.”

This was from the RNS when Newmont left EG.

Their Deep Sensing tool DSG identifies 2 structures that I can make out one runs E-W about 1km north of early Ggp drilling and recognises a structural trap, the other I think has been identified this morning in the syenite on the east running parallel with the banded iron formation as shown in that RNS

On google maps if you find Wiluna and head NE you will find Jundee.

Also if you find Bandya north of Laverton head due north to see all sizes of mines plus processing plants of Regis and Duketon airport.

West of Laverton is the huge Murin Murin mine

Callum did say the company was looking for Tier 1 or 5moz deposits and we’re not looking for small deposits but EG you should be expecting to find numerous 1moz finds at least 5 on Meadows. Callum was confident of 5moz at Meadows besides all the other areas which there are many.

Wishbone in the top NW looks particularly good from the surveys they’ve undertaken.

Once they’ve found one the others should be easier to locate”

If you look at those Dreadnought results they show a grey coloured plan with numerous “camps” on it. The whole of the greenstone belt is like numerous small camps all over the place , some are close together like at Jundee, the inventum image shows how complex Jundee is with loads of infrastructure. Other smaller mines are just an open pit.

The banded iron geology at EG looks very interesting.

Dreadnought issued results last night on their greenstone to the west of Leonora.

Initial drilling including results of an IP survey which GGP are just about to undertake. Some of their results compare with EG

When you look at the EMR greenstone target to the east of EG they’ve absolutely peppered it with drill holes to find the veining and lodes, they’ve highlighted the best drills some aren’t spectacular but others are.

I wasn’t expecting a hit straight away as I’ve said before.

They were testing the conductors found by RC drilling years ago. They found the source of the magnetised units, plus they’ve proved that there is veining in the basement rocks mainly in the banded iron formation and minor veining in the syenite. Gold can be found round the edges of syenite.

The red lines in banded iron sections are red rust formed in early oceans where iron rich waters only had small amounts of oxygen. This red rust became heavy and sank.

Forms much of the global iron ore deposits 1.8- 3bn years old other minerals such as quartz silica and gold can be found in between the red sediments.

This banded iron formation and syenite are in the basement rocks not the cover, they’ve just tickled this with 2 drills.

From only having the heritage agreement in November and drilled it with results today that’s some achievement.

The infrastructure at Jundee is mind blowing about 200km west of EG.

It’s not all in one vertical orebody like Havieron.

The amount of infrastructure at Havieron will be minuscule in comparison.

Callum suggested to me that Meadows contains 5moz, what I believe now is that will be in 1m+ oz deposits. He said he would like to pepper Meadows with drills for £300k.

Shaun is more frugal with the funds at his disposal.

Ernest Giles was thought to be a company maker before Newmont joined Ggp there and looks even more so now.

Will they join us again?

Looking better and better for EG

As Shaun stated they will take their time in assessing what they want to take going forward. It’s not going to matter to them of Ggp sp they will just issue their shares in exchange I wouldn’t have thought a cash offer was on the cards.

It looks like we are going mining why wouldn’t they want to share it with us, we have a big carrot on a stick with EG.

Consideration of that must be taken into account when they hold a lot of licences around Jundee , I couldn’t quite work out where and what but it certainly wasn’t Newcrest stuff. If we find deposits on EG there could be a frenzy of takeover activity
