Guys, VAST is moving fast with Romanian license news "imminent" (most likely within a week). See the presentation given by Chief yesterday, very well presented. Should be an easy 30 - 50% increase on THAT news alone but this is a good long term hold for me. Also, AXM is on the move again, news also expected very shortly.
Good call on ZIOC - managed to buy 2 lots at 11p this am! Lets see where it goes. HNR news not quite what we expected - but see it as a very good indicator of what to expect. Producing 637 bopd from both wells with 10% frac fluid retrieved, once this clears we should see another RNS hopefully in 1/2 weeks indicating true production volumes then they should be moving onto the next set of wells. TXP also looks strong - how do you spot these!!! :) Did you check out AXM - I'm expecting news to land very shortly, might be worth taking a small stake and waiting.
Hi Cam, the total horizontal and vertical depth of each well is approx 15.000ft, the vertical is approx 2100ft. As per flow , obv we don't know this yet but a Chap called fadec92 is very well informed on the bb and has visited the operation, his research shows this info from nearby wells (not HNR)! Also the RNS' from the company are very detailed. Hope this helps. State Blanca - 7619ft Horizontal - (IP) 631bbls Oil 810mcf Gas - 39 Stages - 220,147bbls water - 9,213,680 lbs prop - 80,000bbl oil in first six months! State Harvard - 7622ft Horizonal - (IP) 701bbs Oil 900mcf Gas - 39 Stages - 266,724bbls water - 12,980,702 lbs prop - 100,000bbl oil in fist six months! So looking at the data of the two wells it would suggest that more sand and water increased the IP Rates and more overall EUR's over six months, and over time produced EUR 594-515 MBO changed this from 300,000bbls oil as found more data, probally is a conversion of gas into oil and a total hydrocarbon figure of reserves!
I’m with you mate, I hardly post on the BB’s as I usually don’t have much to add and tired of all the rampers and de-rampers. But I only got in just before the placing, on the placing and a large top up at 20 so I have a pretty decent average. I was however looking on jealously last year as I saw the price go up into the 60s, thinking I missed the boat! My target was 24p to get back in, but when I saw the drop I held off until I could resist no longer. The funding partner news was the trigger for me! Anyway, glad you’re in also and sounding positive – could well be an RNS on US open today or Monday/Tuesday next week.
HNR - been a long ride for LTH, with highs of 65 in May 16 and lows of 11 in July. They were focusing on their DTU well refracking tech but didnt get any big boys buying into it, so they decided to frack their own wells and will in time re-frack using their tech. BIG news, they've started flow testing on their 2 virgin wells with results IMMINENT (tmrw or early next week). I was lucky to participate in the 12p placing a few months back which didnt stay there for long - expecting a decent re-rate on very good flow results. From July RNS: Robert Price, Chairman and CEO, commented: "This fundraise allows us to commence drilling at East Denver, a major milestone which will contribute to the advancement of our portfolio and assist in crystallising its inherent value. With the Raisa financing agreement signed today for up to US$32.65 million and negotiations well-advanced for further third party financing for our East Denver Project, we also believe we are well placed to be able to continue drilling up to 24 wells in Q3 2017 and beyond. This would be transformational for Highlands, marking our first oil and gas production, with capital being utilised to develop the rest of our portfolio and giving us the potential to become a profitable company in 2018."
Saw CITY RNS due to my VOD holding - potential TO target in 1 - 2 years time (by VOD) I think, today was a very good day and looks like it will be a game changer for the firm. Haven't looked into it much - not sure why it dropped from 68 to 42 back in July? Good luck if you're in.
Surprised no-ones mentioned GGP yet: http://www.lse.co.uk/SharePrice.asp?shareprice=GGP Chief executive Gervaise Heddle, has the potential to be “one of most significant gold districts to be identified globally within the last decade.” http://www.proactiveinvestors.co.uk/companies/news/185410/greatland-gold-boosted-by-new-findings-at-ernest-giles-east-gold Their 6 month contract with Newmont (world no 2 gold producer) expires on the 17th November and the market is expecting either a JV or TO of key asset Ernest Giles in W. Australia prior to this date - so less than 2 weeks for potential fireworks! If Newmont decide to walk without a deal, GGP still have a cash buffer of approx $4m to prove up the resource on their own and sell off to another major, this will obv take a lot longer than 2 weeks! Please read up and DYOR as always.
@Filtertips - re "Forward Selling" - see below: https://www.*************.com/views/12186/new-rules-are-needed-on-forward-selling-of-placings Usually it's the larger institutions (who are already holding) who are approached for a fundraise by the company's brokers who agree to raise x amounts of cash at a great discount. The institutions sell a large portion of their existing stock at current prices, replacing them with the placing shares! Diluting and lowering the share price overall but also injecting cash into the company. More often than not especially on AIM, they are a cause of great concern and loss for private shareholders!
http://www.lse.co.uk/SharePrice.asp?shareprice=TYM&share=TERTIARY_MINS. TYM - Tertiary Minerals :) PFP gone back down again - never mind, I only bought a small stake to take part in the eventual rise when it happens.
