looking at recent govt tenders it allows for companies not currently Ukas accredited to be included as long as they commit to obtaining it in the short term I believe.

yes, I think we all agree we would prefer SJL on the inside of the tent pi ssing out, than the other way around. But it is what it is, and I am sure TF/BD have either looked at the situation and are comfortable with it, or are/will be in the process of finding out.

Yes I did Steve. Interesting stuff, but a lot was a bit on the technical side of things. It is definitely gaining traction worldwide and the FDA have recognised the benefits but as yet not approved routine use like Wales/England, but I expect it will do soon hopefully. It's up on a website somewhere, I will try and find it. All looking very good though, a cracking product.

SJL, are you going to try and engage with them again or not bother? I don't really understand why they would have 'flicked' you away so abruptly it seems previously. I'm sure there must be some common ground to sort this out?
