I did sell 1m, but still hold some. I wished I had sold the lot now. When it's officially rns'd it not going to look pretty here. I do think ultimately it won't get to court though. Surely it must be better to do some sort of deal, unless of course SJL is asking outrageous compensation! Would be interesting to know just what he's after. Obviously, being involved in the running of it seems clear, and maybe that would be a big positive.

yes BB, but the warranties were a load of bulls hit and fraudulent it's claimed, and had it been known at the time the deal would not have happened. The company was not as ''fit'' as they made out.

there were red flags BB, hence the warranties. Bottom line it's nowt to do with how good or bad the DD was, it's that the warranties weren't worth the paper they were written on and were fraudulent..according the SJL. It doesn't help that TH/MS were sacked further down the line of maybe fraudulent actions.

Scotty, I expect if they had known some of the crap/lies going on then they maybe wouldn't have negotiated at those prices or even not gone through with the deal at all.

well, they only snapped up 2m yesterday, so someone else is having a few it seems. Maybe they are buying all these but instead of rns's every day they might wait 2/3 days and do it in one so to speak.

Ella, yes you're right, just that I thought the said person travelled to a clinic/site where they used the Clarigene test, not necessarily direct from Ygen but maybe from a partner like Recova. Anyway, doesn't much matter as long as it's Clarigene that's being used, .. very liberally. lol
I suppose even if there was a ? about Ukas accreditation right now, we can still sell the test, but not use our labs for now, but I don't think that is the case.
