sorry BB, but I don't know which outfits you have been involved with that keeps litigation to themselves. It is NOT their call to decide how far off litigation might be, but if it's serious like fraud Any/all litigation needs reporting always asap imo! I expect an rns within a couple of days of receipt of papers.

yhal, hopefully it won't get to court, I am just uneasy about the short term reaction to the probable litigation news.

seemed 'sanguine' because I think the buyback kicked in, certainly on Friday. I still think when the official rns drops there will still be a kneejerk reaction and MM will play their usual games. Having the cash gives an opp to maybe get back in much lower, is my thinking. We will see if and when news hits.

I think the Chairman/others were maybe guilty of being too trusting, and that's all the two needed. Lawyers drafting warrants will know nothing about the machinations going on other than what they are told to include on top of the usual basic stuff. They too would be thinking that the 'two' were not lying through their teeth.

do you really want to wait possibly years for an outcome? I think when the rns drops the sp will possibly drop 20/30%+ and it won't recover very quickly either if my other experience plays out the same. I am just looking at the worst case scenario and anything better will be a big bonus!
For clarity I believe the warrants are indeed fraudulent as they were desperate to get the deal done asap and offered the $10m cash and warrants to get it over the line. All just my opinion of course.
The last thing we need is for it to drag on and on, just pick the blower up and get it sorted TF/BD/GE..

yhal, of course nothing is proven ...yet! But having been involved in another AIM company that 'suffered' litigation from a US company (lasted a couple of years) we really do not want this dragged out because like the other stock the sp will go nowhere. The way forward is to get together and work something out.... now!
The sacking of the two crooks just confirmed which way any decision is likely to go!

unfortunately given the 'form' of Bill & Ben I wouldn't think it too difficult to see which way a decision will go as it's pretty damning imv! If I was in SJ'S shoes I know I would be feeling very confident.
The way forward for me is for both parties to get together pdq to take the sting out of the situation. The buyback might not be enough to keep the sp at 5p when the sh ite hits the fan, officially!
