it's not up to SJL to tell investors, it's the company! We don't know what Hall did as the company have hushed it up for obvious reasons! SJL mentioned fraud so who knows.

Their once biggest s/h who's company they purchased has announced he considers the CEO/company might have committed fraud rgds warranties and he intends to go to court (very serious allegation) if necessary to prove it. As I said, it's not up to the company to decide what has 'merit'.

You say the sp will be higher a year from now, …. it won't be if the company is still being dragged through the courts. Been there done that with another stock I hold. Over two years of misery and the only winners being the lawyers!

It was no idle threat from some 'nobody' on a PBB was it? That's the issue for me. This guy has intimate knowledge of the situation and feels he has a strong case no doubt. That is worrying, and saying anything else is burying one's head I'm afraid. The allegations are very serious, and simply cannot just be ignored imo!

sorry, don't agree at all. Of course they need to announce it. It caused a big enough stir on this BB alone. The market needs clarity one way or the other. If nothing to worry about then say so, you can't just leave it dangling like this not knowing. The sp will go nowhere until we know what's happening. It's a dirty black cloud over the company otherwise!

yes, I think you're not far out with that number. I know it used to be about £120, but likely a bit cheaper now. As much as anything it's a very good reference on the cv for other business. Holds a bit of 'clout' to say you supply St George's no doubt!
