Continues to get battered….not looking good for Veative and the asset match auction.
Can’t remember who it was but I got some grief a while back for making a “bad call” for selling ASLR at 1.6p and buying PREM. Had I kept ASLR I’d be 48% better off today, whilst I’m up in PREM is 61% up! Just goes to show!
ASLR has always been a good marker for Dev / Veative, which is why I think the auction will be below 3p. Watch this space!!
Good luck with that!
According to a Twitter post I saw all you need to do is “Join the dev / veative telegram group. You’ll be more informed on current ongoings!”
Most ridiculous thing I’ve heard!
You won’t! They have no intention! Criminals the lot of them!
Communication he’s been poor from Veative. All huff and no puff. Nothing for investors on their website, not even an investors section from what I can see. This takeover was a stitch up from the start. In hindsight should have known Dev was massively over valued when our illustrious Ex CEO was happy to sell shares at 8p. Very shrewd move as they’ll be worth a fraction of that!
Veative have known for at least 6-8 months they were never going to get the prospectus over the line and yet still no funding!
No faith in Veative….they’ve given absolutely no indication they can improve anything! Our investment has gone…I’m sorry to say…but it is!
That, my friend, is the million dollar question!! I think Dev (Without Veative) would be lucky to be worth 10% or 3p now…….hold and see or sell, stick or twist! Million dollar question.
Keep your expectations low….and then lower them a bit more. Dev was reasonable at communicating with shareholders pre suspension. As soon as Veative got involved it all went south. They’re no longer bound by regulations….so hope for the best or maybe just hope for something at some point but expect the worst! Better for your sanity that way!
All irrelevant as they’ll be worth ******* all anyway in 12, 24, 36 or 48 months time, same as they are now. Tiz what it is….but still fuming with Jeffries who seems to have disappeared off the face of the earth, with his millions! I dare him to address parliament again, he’ll be torn to shreds.
I’m with II and mine have been transferred to my dealing account from my ISA. No point moving them as I don’t intend on selling. Bust or bust for me! Not optimistic, not because the business won’t be successful, but because we’ll be diluted to hell. Fundraising, bonus shares for the board, more bonus shares for the cleaners. It was badly managed when on a heavily regulated exchange, what chance is there of any solid / fair management with a good shareholders return at the centre, whilst as a private company? The first auction in March will be interesting but I feel we’ll be very very disappointed.
Can only hold and hope. I firmly believe that Veative will come good and be sold, but it won’t benefit anyone who can’t invest more! When a takeover happens shareholders are supposed to benefit, but we’ve been well and truly done!
They are massively optimistic in my view regarding headsets! There are some big companies bringing VR headsets out soon. Veative won’t be a main player in that department. Revs will come from the software. Again…just my view.
Forgot to say that Veative are predicting a value for the company of around £600m by March 2028! At 3-4 times revenue. Meaning by their valuation that Dev was actually Valued at about £28mil not £250 mil. Roughly valuing old Dev shares around 3p.
Veative turned over about £2mil from recollection I (might be slightly out on memory)in 2021 but we paid about £54mil from memory in shares for Veative to take us over, at 27x Revs. It seems they were happy with the x Revs ratio but only value Veative at 3-4 x Revs in 2028! It seems they did very well out of the deal! Joke from start to finish and people hear seem confident in the board. Don’t be fooled by the schmoozing! They will all be taking a handsome salary and taking free shares along the way.
£5 mil won’t last 5 mins! The next fundraising will be worse.
Tell me one person who was unhappy with Jeffries pre suspension!? Nobody. The same applies here. Watch and wait. How many times have you hear a BOD promise Champagne but deliver dirty water! Uv just heard the Champagne bit. Mark my words.
Zero confidence in the BOD.
Now see it as a long term growth prospect….it was that pre suspension.
The only ones getting a return, are those invested already, who can afford to invest more in the upcoming fundraising.
I know I’m disagreeing with the consensus, but I can only say what I see. Hope to be wrong, but I very much doubt it! Let’s see if they hit $21.6m by end of 2023…..that will be the marker. My guess is no they won’t!
It’s a hold from me, as there is very little other choice! We’ll be diluted to death but will have an option to invest more. I have nothing more to invest, so effectively screwed!
The projected figures were ridiculous….DevClever only achieved 25% of their target and I believe Veative will miss theirs too. $180 mil Revs in 5 years! Yeah right.
My take is that they have no intention of relisting “other liquidating methods” was the term used, I think. All three presenting told of previous businesses that have been SOLD! That is the goal here. I think it’s their plan in 4-6 years! Relisting won’t happen. I took everything with a pinch of salt. I hold in hope…..but that’s all it is.
Of course CA as will Von Rosen and all the other big investors, who will invest at ridiculously low prices and dilute PIs to hell. As I’ve repeatedly said, there are those that will do very well out of Dev, but it won’t be PIs who invested pretty much from the beginning. We can all hope…but as I’ve said before, it’s the hope that kills u!
Yep, me too! I caught a 10% rise in PREM but not quite 100%. Couldn’t leave my money in a share associated with Dev, when I don’t Trust anyone controlling the company. Simples. You can’t win them all.
I agree….and don’t see a return to the 40s ever. Von Dutch’s 50p warrants are now obsolete….but he’ll support the fundraiser just to average down, I’m sure!
….these trades! I think the long slow death will cause more pain than the cardia arrest!
