I think you’ll find the company already pretty much swore they wouldn’t dilute and they did! So, you have to take what they say with a pinch of salt. Not negative….this is based on history.
The company has plans to expand and are funded through to production. Therefore they don’t have money to expand further without cash. They ‘may’ be on £12mil annual revenue, which will take 12 months to achieve. Any payments will be at least 3 months behind the date of the product being received, therefore any expected income won’t happen until at least November ‘if’ they hit their production target of Summer (vague) which was at one time Q2. So they won’t have the amount of money they ‘may’ need to expand further through acquisitions.
When interviewed recently Bo was asked about further dilution and the response was a dodge. He said something like “we are fully funded through to production!” and repeated this several times. This isn’t a no, as a ‘no’ could easily have been said. Keeping options open, and in my view they will always go for a placing over debt.
No agenda, I want out asap, but not as a loss. I’ve said from the start that this won’t go where people expect. Dilution will be seen here again and this will stunt the share price.
Max share price you will see here, in my view, is 30p….and that won’t be for a loooooooong time.
