Rainbow Rare Earths Phalaborwa project shaping up to be one of the lowest cost producers globally. Watch the video here.
I agreeā¦.and donāt see a return to the 40s ever. Von Dutchās 50p warrants are now obsoleteā¦.but heāll support the fundraiser just to average down, Iām sure!
ā¦.these trades! I think the long slow death will cause more pain than the cardia arrest!
Scardey, apology accepted.
I wonder how long weāll keep halving for! Iāve said 1-2p for a while. Yikes!
Sorry Scaredyprat, you must have me confused with someone else! Iāve not sold a single share and have consistently stated I have just over 300,000 shares, first purchased at 2.1p and averaged up. I think my last purchase was 33p. So get ur facts right before you have a pop!
I think itās fair to say that your blind hyper ramping of all that is wonderful in Dev land has been seen to be nothing but folly! Many, not just I, have comment on this, so wind ur neck in!
Individually. Take your pickā¦.but mainly Chris Jeffries for leading us on a merry dance. The CFO for allowing us to drop to Ā£100k in the bank. All the directors for supporting the decisions. The list goes on. Lies lies lies and but all is wonderful in Devland!
Get your facts right before you start spouting sh ite. Iāve been saying for a long time something was very wrong here, whereas youāve just been telling the world how wonderful things are!
Iām not sure about the self āpartyā maybe we should hold a āwakeā instead of a āpartyā as Dev will soon cease to exist! Would you do the music! You could do a set list āHit the Road Jack!?ā
Yepā¦.itās the FCA that have screwed PIs over! Where is the head slap emoji!?
Three years might still be the earliest!
3 years at earliest, if weāre very lucky! Iām hoping for a takeover within 18 monthsā¦that doesnāt turn into a reverse takeover!
Not a mention about investors or shareholders! Interesting! Weāre in cowboy country now!
Because it is a bag of **** shareā¦.simples! ??
I agree, however those with deep pockets will get in low and average down. PIs will be diluted to deathā¦.having said that, right now I think Iād be happy to get my stake backā¦.at 7.14p! One can but hope, which is all it is!
Iām sure all the dragons have said it! No faith in Dev hereā¦.only hopeā¦.and thatās a stretch! Fingers and toes crossed!
Cheers Womo. Interesting read, but still confirms weāve been screwed!
Best guess Ā£30mil. Weāll see massive dilution IMHO. Watch this space.
ā¦.sold up and moved on! Dev will be delisted for years to come. This is going nowhere fast. As Peter Jones would say āIām out!ā
Thanks for that Womo. Useful to know.
Weāll be fine though as Dev shareholders, weāre used to empty promises, so it wonāt be hard to hold for four yearsā¦particularly as most are probably beginning to accept that their Dev investment has gone and are now living in āHopelandā as I am.
As for the Bargain Basement Facilityā¦.they wonāt care about setting that up. The deep pocketed big shareholders will invest more and be more than willing to wait, 2, 3, 5 years and wonāt be sellingā¦if they can.
FYI Interactive Investor have messaged me to say that I need to move my shares to a new broker who deals in unlisted stocks. All fun and games!
ā¦when we will get more news? Supposed to be before 18th Jan! Iām going for 4th Feb! ???????
Whether the Alderbaron deal is pointless or not is irrelevant really, as the report debunks your comment about end of year revenues. Even without Aldebaron, the Revs should have been nearer Ā£12mil, as approx Ā£8.3mil was from them ($10mil this year). So still a country mile off. Ā£51mil for end of 2024 minus about Ā£12mil Revs from Aldebaron should mean Revs at end of 2023 of near Ā£39mil. They will be a countryās mile off that too.ā¦letās wait snd see. Weāll know sometime in quarter 3 2024, so a very long time to wait. There has been massive talk on social media and investment by Dev in LMC this year and it has pulled in only Ā£0.9mil. So very very poor.
Yes, Iām a shareholder, just over 300,000 shares and I am hoping for good news, but I donāt trust the old CEO, or the new one. Something very foul has gone on here, and I think my last message makes my thoughts clear!
I wish you well and hope we all have a good 2023ā¦but I fear itās a good 2023, 24 and 25 I shud be wishing us.
JoeyP
Totally agree RE: my SP at 1-2p. Itās my best guess.
RE: Revs this year. I disagree, as p14 in the research paper published by Dev shows
end of 2022 Revs of Ā£20mil
end of 2023 Revs of Ā£51mil
End of 2024 Revs of Ā£128mil

Totally agree RE: fundraising and yes we will have to wait and see. What other choice do we have?
Will they care? Will they Feck!
Iāve been thinking a lot about Devclever and the reverse takeover. From memory (forgive me if Iām not 100% accurate) we āpaidā the equivalent of Ā£54mil-ish in shares for Veativelabs and it was considered a reverse takeover. Imagine then that as a maximum Dev is valued at Ā£54mil as it surely couldnāt be worth more. This means that dev is valued at 21% of the Ā£254mil valuation at suspension, or 6.37pā¦..maximum! It will be much less. Stick a discount on this for the Bargain Market Facility, and we could easily be valued as low at 1-2p a share and 2p would leave me with a 73% loss when on suspension I was over 300% in profit, although I think it will be 1p or less. I genuinely hope Iām wrong. Getting something back is better than nothing, but we have to realise that anything written within an RNS or later in any publication, from this company is worth nothing, zip, nowtā¦..nothing can be believed. āReasonable endeavoursā to enable a market facility so shareholders can trade off market, is not an inspiring or committed statement. Sell and it will be at a massive loss. Hold on the hope of relist that will be years away, and we are at the mercy of charlatans, who will have more freedom to do what they want, without the constraints of a listed company.
I genuinely wish all Dev shareholders all the best of luck as we didnāt deserve this, but I just donāt see a positive outcome for us within the next three years, if at all.
Byju gets a bad press for a number of reasons, but at least they see companies they want and raise the funds to acquire them. If we think Dev was bad, how can we possibly think Veative will be any better. The way this deal has been managed has been callus and calculated, with the only purpose to get Dev on the cheap. This is encapsulated by Launchmycareer on LinkedIn, on 16th Dec 2022, a date that will be engraved in the mind of all Dev shareholders for many years to come. A day where we felt pain, suffering, anguish and disbelief at the RNS released, all while LMC were posting on LinkedIn talking about how much fun they were having at work! Rubbing salt into an open and severe wound. See below
ā We at LMC never miss a chance to have fun! Last Friday, we enjoyed in full swing as we took out time to engage with each other and simply have fun together.ā
This on a day PIās individually lost tens of thousands of pounds. Some losing Ā£Ā£ in six figures. This is the contempt that PIs are held by the new CEO.
So cross fingers, cross toesā¦look for a four leaf clover and pray to whoever you feel will help the most, but Veative will not be looking out for its private investors. I HOPE to get maybe Ā£2-Ā£3k back from a Ā£23 investment that was once worth Ā£146k and was worth Ā£100k on suspension. In reality I know it is gone!
Hope and reality rarely come together, but it is possible..I just hope the directors of Dev Clever and Veative, including Jeffries and Aggarwal have some understand of the impact of their actions! Will they c
