How will we trade Veative shares on Asset Match when the company is no longer called Veative? Daft comment!
According to Companies House, yes! The fact that the name of the company has changed and that shareholders don’t know, is a joke. Maybe ‘A Joke LTD’ would have been a more appropriate name!
Letters will need to be addressed to
primary.market.integrity@fca.org.uk
If anyone wants to raise concerns about the Company in relation to a potential breach of the Listing Rules, Prospectus Rules or Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
Worth a try but….our money has gone, and those that benefitted, will get away with no consequences!
….has this bag of **** company got any plans to communicate anything with shareholders! i mean, how can a company actually change the company name without informing shareholders. it’s like the bl00dy wild west! we weren’t even aim listed either! unbelievable.
Nowt to do with bigger picture. Been around long enough to know that a profit is a profit…but isn’t until it is taken. This has done nothing but bounce off 1p for a while…and my view is that I don’t see this changing for the foreseeable. Almost 5% down today. If it bounces tomorrow to 1p fair enough, but could just so easily drop below 0.9p. I’ll buy in and take another 10%…as again, in my view this is going nowhere in the next month or so.
I cannot believe what is going on with this company!! It’s like we’re being forced to watch our company being torn apart with no idea of what is going on! Where can we find out about shares being issued! I’m so cross!
….I’ve learned with trading, is what you think will probably happen wont and if it does it won’t be as good as you think! Things can turn in an instance and anything is possible! Fingers and toes crossed….but always with an air of caution. Things rarely go to plan.
….the recapitalisation of DevClever / Veative is still ongoing, despite having 2 years to get the house in order since first announcing the takeover. First asset match was going ahead at the end of of March, which was delayed…and now shares will be tradable on asset match once recapitalisation has been completed. So since Veative have been involved, we’ve:
1) Burned through a healthy cash pile.
2) Handed over our company to others, effectively for free.
3) Lost the ability to trade our stocks.
4) Lost the CEO who seems to have vapourised to “Ideas Land” after telling the Government what is needed in schools to develop careers education (sic)
5) Been provided projections which will once again prove to be massively over optimistic over the next 3 - 5 years. £20 mil Revs this year end! (Where is the laughing emoji - ?? oh there it is)
6) Have no idea really on a strategy for anything.
7) Had no updates really on anything for over 3 months.
8) Had companies with huge amounts of shares, now valued at next to nothing (ASLR)
9) All major rampers part of the Twatterati Chris Akers, EvertonRob1, Alan Duff, all going stony silent on Dev after months of ramping of £1 soon…Next unicorn.
10) Dr Von Rosen seems to have evaporated along with CJ!
This really is just one long nightmare! Just put us out of our misery, one way or another!
My sell at 1.6p is looking very wise now! Really feel for holders as I’ve been through it with DEv. How nobody has been arrested and prosecuted on the ASLR and DEv / Veative board, is beyond me! Gl all
De-listed. Dev shares worth nothing. As anticipated! Proper stitch up!
Other than the management and Chris Jeffries, it’s the dilution that will kill us, that and hope!!
Totally agree! I’m doing a little digging but our investment has gone. I’m hoping for 1% at best at some point in the distant future. How nobody has been arrested and charged for this fraud is unbelievable! When a company is taken over, shareholders expect something in return, we’ve just had the company stolen from us in broad daylight and there is nothing we can do! Still very very very cross!
I have sold up and moved on. Brought into PREM and am currently 94% up! Thank you for reminding me! Finally learned how to spot a bag of ****e…ASLR is a bag of ****e! Anyone waiting for this to ride from the ashes will be sorely disappointed!
You’ll get less than 1% in my view. For me that’s £218….better than zero…but pretty much the same. There will be further fundraising and only those with deep pockets will benefit. Von Rosen, Akers…etc. Shafted…we have been properly shafted…just have to hope that karma does it’s thing and returns to visit CJ and CA! Watch this space!
Our shares will just be diluted, but imagine how many shares will be issued! We’ll be diluted to nothing. Still not over losing this….6 figures in my trading account and everything is rosy. As soon as Veative got involved, suddenly we’re burning through cash and suddenly in a crisis! What was the reason the FCA wouldn’t agree the prospectus!? That was never stated! Something very wrong here, but we’ll never ever know…not sure I’ll ever come to terms with this loss, the speed at which it occurred and the lies and shady dealings that have occurred! Jefferies, Akers and the like have a lot to answer for. I thought this was a banker when Von Rosen came on board! Just goes to show!
It’s over guys and gals. Our money has gone. I understand that In the past few weeks Veative has issued new shares at 15p, 10p & just 1p to help raise funds! We’re screwed if true and if it is, not telling shareholders tells you all you need to know about Veative. As I said before they have no intention of being open with shareholders.
Note the term “reasonable endeavours!” I’m sure their definition will differ from those of shareholders!
Since Veative got involved with DEV it’s been nothing short of a disaster. ASLR was 75p at one point and now look at it! Veative Group / ASLR will be a car crash for at least the next 3 years….and by then original shareholders will get nothing. Veative have said £20mil in Revs this year! Watch this EPIC fail! It will be embarrassing….we should find out the end of year results in about December 2024. Veative have no intention of communicating with shareholders. The performance of ASLR often has a direct correlation to Veative / Dev. Things do not look good at all! As long as Chris Jefferies has his millions and can come up with some nice new “ideas” all will be well in the world I’m sure!
