Damay. I would think that those advanced payment terms would only perhaps have been to create a runway for whatever their solution is for this. Sale of the company, loan from the council, convertible loan or private placement to a white knight. There are challenges with all of those but could be done I guess. Admin still pole position but I feel there is hope!

Well the share price is up 105% in the last 5 days so hardly an issue..

Isnt break even less than £40m and cash flow lower as they have quite a bit of depn. Appreciate they will have material calls on that cashflow for a number of years.

@Silver. So this is the furnace that is now scheduled for mid 2025 installation and that is part of the £50m capacity expansion. And it was the £75m phase that needed the adjacent factory lease that was also put on hold pending developments. Also in addition to that there is a faulty furnace that they may in future seek to litigate against the supplier about?

@Silver. I see what you are saying now. It described as a moderate risk with a high potential impact (even after mitigation) which is the CHP plant (in terms of capacity of supply).

Yep still in with an average of 2p.... have quite a large holding and pressure pretty high but I'm hopeful they make it through without more major pain.....although there is bound to be some price for survival...

Of course it could. It has a market cap of £2.3m with a £16m turnover run rate and £390m of order and what is acknowledged to be a great product (if they could manufacture it!). In fact it would potentially 10x merely but surviving without anything further too horrible happening to equity. It could then 10x again if as you say it passed breakeven on a solid upward trajectory IMHO. Of course, the odds are stacked against this outcome hence the market cap now.

I also had not fully appreciated just how much the executives and NEDs get paid. One director is on £1.5m in FY23.

Finally, OB has written 2 articles on this but doesnt seem to have mentioned the Lion Point put option which will cost £5m. Looks like the are having to take on a loan to settle it

So is the Tesla litigation about there patents or others. Ie will this result boost that case?
