All good stuff but if they need to raise again before year end/the FDA approval (if marginally delayed) then it won't be at 1p IMHO....

The raise was based on them saying FDA approval and sales ramp would be in Q2. It's now Q4. Will be interesting to look at any cash forecast in the Zues note when it appears

People are selling because they were told that the FDA was due this month and thereafter sales would ramp. That meant another raise could be avoided. Now a raise is much more likley IMHO. Investors are reducing their exposure because of the badly missed target and increased raise risk.

Yes. I haven't sold yet but wouldn't buy now when a raise seems likely before year end. Question will be whether they can hold out until the FDA is approved. But then if they is a further delay could get very messy. Maybe 0.5p?

Yes the fact SRB has been unable to be produced in volume isn't ideal as they keep asserting there is significant demand and its their current highest margin product..

Feels like if SRB and CTM can ramp up n H2 of this year that we could get to that FCF inflexion point. If there was another significant order and procurement finance could be obtained then even better. Would be a great place to be with a FCF positive core business and PFAS + Toxic monitoring with huge upside. That is certainly not a £3m market cap group. IMHO

Bob said in the presentation that SRB issued should be sorted in Q3 and reiterated that they have significant demand for this product. He has previously said that it's their highest margin product. So that should help the FCF inflexion point.

He also said that Quatar would be coming on line in Q3 and I wasn't sure what that was about as I thought it was on line?

Very pleased with that RNS. Would be great to see then say they are now able to supply SRB kits in volume. Anyway I can't complain and hopefully this rns arrests the SP decline. Would be delighted if I get chance to exercise my warrants

So just looks like they didn't rns anything including the shares they got in the raise.... but still that was a while back and I wonder what caused them to do it now...

The Nestor Oller entities, Maven Income and Growth VCTs & Octopus Investments

The Nestor Oller entities, are undertakings controlled by Nestor Oller, who also controls Santi 1990 SL which is a substantial Shareholder in the Company as it holds 11.41% of the Existing Ordinary Shares. Furthermore, Maven Income and Growth VCTs and Octopus Investments are substantial Shareholders in the Company as they hold 13.34% and 17.66% of the Existing Ordinary Shares respectively.

Consequently, the Nestor Oller entities, Maven Income and Growth VCTs and Octopus Investments are considered to be related parties of the Company for the purposes of Rule 13 of the AIM Rules for Companies. The Nestor Oller entities are subscribing for 15,405,405 Subscription Shares under the Subscription and Maven Income and Growth VCTs and Octopus Investments are subscribing for 13,907,074 and 21,621,621 Placing Shares respectively.

The subscriptions by the Nestor Oller entities, Maven Income and Growth VCTs and Octopus Investments constitute related party transactions for the purposes of the AIM Rules for Companies. The Directors who are independent of these transactions, being William Rhodes and Felix Freuh, having consulted with the Company's nominated advisor, Cavendish Capital Markets Limited, consider that that the participation in the Fundraising by the Nestor Oller entities and Maven Income and Growth VCTs are fair and reasonable insofar as the Shareholders are concerned.

FDA wouldn't make sense. That's straight up inside info. It would need to be something that he is inside on already where the fact he is such a large shareholder is relevant...IMHO

Don't think you would declare just to sell if you hadn't for so long already...would just sell...something has come up that means he thinks its worth taking some possible hassle (for not declaring) as it would be worse if it comes out later IMHO

Well its not recent as the price hasn't moved...maybe on the raise? But the point still stands as to why suddenly declare now....its a very plausible explanation that he has been chased up by the authorities for some reason...
