You make it sound like the last fundraising was a bad thing. It was however an investment of about £6m by BOE Optoelectronics at an implied market cap for Nanosys of £200m. Haven't seen AUO invest in Nanoco yet?

The loan will/ may convert to equity and a chunk/ all the equity will be listed. Nano will get money and likely keep a stake in Nano 2D. It will either invest the money in the business or possibly pay a dividend to us. Albeit that's some way off and in the mean time commercialisation of anything is the priority.

that is true but the rate of conversion of the debt to equity does matter albeit I guess/ hope its reasonable leaving Nano with the majority stake on listing
