Nick you are an experienced trader ..what are the rules about placing multiple trades of small volume that collectively could influence a share price movement?

Darth .. you trying to tell me someone who gets invited to placings that sells down from 7plus to anything under 3% witn no need for further disclosure doesn't have an undue influence...oh yeah it's down to me not doing my research..nick is disingenuous at the very least ...

You quite quick to accuse people of lying about your intentions ...but you did sell down from 7 % to under 3 % driving the sp from 17 to 10 ...then tried to ramp it around the 20th May..

You state you told everyone when selling down, you did, after the event. You took the SP from about 17p to 10p disposing of at least 4% of the company...you view your actions with very rose tinted lenses . A big claim..you told everyone you had to issue a tr1 anyway so came on here and told everyone...very magnanimous

If my recollection correct, you can't even use the defence of ' honest answer to an honest question' .. she launched into a childish tirade because shareholders had said hurty words about her ..if she had nothing positive to say she should have stayed off mic. As someone employed to bolster our investment opportunities I would have sacked her on the spot for the grossly unprofessional display at the investor presentation

Metom ...have you not been selling a fairly sizeable position over 2 days but the sp hasn't drifted never mind plunged

If we hadn't had the fairly significant sells I think we would have been taking good steps back to 10p . Hell ...I know what I mean at least 🙂

Despite some fairly determined selling (Metom you must be out quite soon ? ) we seem to be holding up fairly well, on our way back up to the 10p we were before AGM tantrums ..we all had valid concerns but I still go with if Adam who knows more of 'the science', running a lab business, has much more to win or lose than us; supports and sees good prospects, that's good enough for me
