Regarding Northern's point, the lab is designed to alleviate the high attritional rate in drug development.

It's only been operating a year, they are probably still adjusting and re-engineering processes in order to streamline evaluations effectively.

My guess is the hit rate for SPV's will be low, but it will only take one commercial deal to deliver value.

Either you invest on that basis, or put your money in fixed rate savings.

Didn't Dennis say between $160 and $300 per ton, depending on the offtakers requirements (a recent Stockbox)?

If you assume a low profit estimate of $100 per ton x 100,000 - that's a $10 million profit.

Then there's the possibility of other offtake deals, the Heibei settlement, diamonds sales and a scale up at Perdevlei.
