Yet, here we sit @7p, with multiple fund raises behind us.

Cliff's hoodwinked you by spinning out TEK's existing business and bolting AI onto it. He also trousered plenty of share options for himself and cash to keep TEK going.

Same old, same old.

Isn't this more "cliffwashing"? It's just revenue from Tekcapital clients who've transfered onto GenAI contracts.

"Advanced", "leading", "multiple", "doubled", "encouraging" and "anticipates" are all straight out of Cliff's thesaurus of promises.

The half yearly results RNS stated "we've reached an inflection point", 🤣🤣

A touch of pessimism as I think this is a fund raise. It's simply TEK's existing business with AI bolted on.

TEK raised £500,000 to fund a Generative AI investment in the Feb 29th raise. One must assume the IPO cost was included in that figure as GenIP was incorporated on the 23rd February.

Also, TEK RNS'd a $600,000 loan agreement with LUCY to support the SALT IPO. LUCY just raised $2.6 million so perhaps TEK will agree a similar loan, if needs be.
