"As of the date hereof, each of Vladimir Galkin and Angelica Galkin may be deemed to beneficially own 799,208 shares of Common Stock, representing approximately 50.9% of the outstanding shares of Common Stock of Issuer. "

Must be a takeover bid coming for LUCY, surely?

I'd suggest the present NAV is around $50,000,000 which takes account of the slump in value of SALT, down from 92p (end of reporting period) to 50p.

Apparently Galkin just bought another 70,000 shares @ $10.31

I don't know what the NASDAQ takeover rules are, but he must be close to a 30% stake.

Not sure why you're swearing at Heibei.

They are going to use arbitration to get a better price, it was always their plan.

Heibei may equally have legitimate claims, such as KZG misrepresenting the value of the resource. They'll be other reasons, you can guarantee that.

TEK still owns 259,455 shares. So if LUCY five bagged to $50 a share, that wouldn't be far off our current MCAP.

US based husband and wife (Galkin Trust) declare a 26.7% stake in LUCY (420,000 shares). Interestingly he runs an electronics wholesalers platform, owns 8.1%,of JetBlue and made a fortune trading Gamestop.

If this IPO has added value why has the SP tanked to 5.5p after big selling yesterday?

Cliff resigned as a director of GenIP on the 9th September (See Companies House) and Melissa Cruz (a Tek Capital employee) appointed in his place. Yet, merely nine days later, it's announced he is receiving a £450,000 payout from the company he just resigned from?

Why wasn't Generative AI simply bolted on to the existing TekCapital services offering?

Where has the £500,000 investment into Generative AI (See Feb 2024 RNS) disappeared too?

Baf3, I've been here several years, my average is a desperate 12.2p. Guident is my big hope.

I'm trying to point out they are not "new" customers, they've simply transferred Tekcapital clients to a new GenAI startup.

Transferring clients between the associated companies will not add value to the overall portfolio.

Any half decent investment house researcher would have discovered this in half an hour.

Cliff has found a clever way of avoiding a fundraise and adding a portfolio company.
