I'm gonna disagree Top,

You can't tell me that 40 new customers suddenly signed to an AI start-up! It's obvious that Tek told their existing clients they've got a new AI option and a load of them signed the amended contract with the new company.

The £500,000 AI investment (that Cliff promised in an RNS) has simply been spent on Tek's running costs and funnelled into a "new" company.

That's why the SP has slumped recently, the market knew that GenIP was just a dressed up fund raise.

TEK are essentially floating their existing business but marketed as an AI spin-off.

The landing page reads like an AI recruitment agency.

Agreed, a raise seems nailed on.

The thing that strikes me is none of the extremely intelligent lab scientists, staff or VAL employees have left the company (only those that were pushed).

The evaluation relationships seem to continue uninterrupted by the precarious financial position.

The people that surround VAL, far cleverer minds than me, seem to believe in the business.

I plan to back them, when the time is right.

Morning Fred, start of another week and likely that VAL's inexorable slide will continue.

KZG has performed beautifully for me the last couple of weeks, providing a substantial profit, with further to go (in my view).

I think VAL will bottom out between 1.5 and 1.7p as the assets are worth more than that.

Anyone else planning to top up here (maybe in a placing), or have you all written it off?

Director buys at 0.7p and 1.1p tell you something about the value at Kazera. The NNR inspection is now complate and sales of HMS begin. The Market Cap is now £10.3m and with estimated cash flows of $0.5m a month flowing in, and £1m a year admin costs KZG is priced on a P/E of 3. But this assumes the Hebei debt (£7.7m) is not collectible. What does legal action require reader? Cash. What will KZG now have to pursue its debt and the costs of recovery? Cash.

Hebei are well aware that KZG’s position has now changed, they are very close to completion on their Namibian plant with the Arcadians (3-4 months). I expect we will see the debt being settled in the coming months. This means the market cap is actually only £2.6m net of that debtor’s cash owed (and accruing at 8%), and therefore a £3.5m net income from WMS is actually a P/E of 0.8.

Plus diamonds. Plus the NSR of 2.5% from Aftan that Hebei will also be liable to pay on proceeds mined from the Aftan site.

I top sliced KZG but still hold a large wodge almost at a free carry and the outlook here is extremely favourable - even at 1.1p a share."
