If you look back at the opening price of DT the shares were up 43% so for argument sake call it 350 pence. IPOs generally are priced conservative to ensure they are successful. So, some of the increase is due to maybe slightly undervaluing the business, continued Cybersecurity threats and good results. How much value do you want to place per item and future prospects?
I’ll punt that with further customer base these will be 650 pence in January.

I have always been wary of technology stocks and avoided investment because valuations seem so high against profitability. Yet this has caused me to miss out on massive gains from various companies, Amazon, Apple to name just two that I could have bought early on and been sitting on a fortune! Cybersecurity is massive and getting even bigger month on month.

I didn’t get in at the IPO so this fall fall seems a good time to get in IMO. I thought 500 pence was a good price but held back. Very difficult to get in at the bottom when a share falls. No one seems to think DTs technology is a bad investment so merely a timing call of when to invest.

I on the other hand sold on Friday half of my considerable holding and have now picked up those 5,000 shares. Can’t always get the bottom so I’ll take them now and hold for Xmas.

Your starting to sound bullish, which probably means the SP will start dropping to my 370 – 380 pence I mentioned before rallying again.

HBR are still up 11% from two weeks ago. Which since you thought they were not worth buying is exactly the amount you have not made in profit.

Just got into DT at total cost of 485 pence. I hovered over the buy just after results at approx 600 pence so I missed a 50% and more rise. The selling by early investors has put a damper on the SP but the cybersecurity market is a big growth area and customers are rolling up. They saw an opportunity to cash in, good for them. Covid will not change this unless we all start tumbling off this mortal world!

I would be super disappointed if the SP went lower than 400 pence but also hope the bottom has already been reached. I’d like a 30% up tick before Xmas, say 650 pence and that would be a good pressy!

I just hate the derampers who use anything they see as negative to knock a share they say they are invested in. New PIs can be goaded into selling by these tactics especially those that think investing is simply putting your money on a horse and it’s a win or a lose. Sometimes you get in at an SP that drops and you need patience. Unless, like many here during PMO debacle the SP was already inflated.

My sell orders are all above 525 with final at 800 and I’ll be gone skiing winter and sunnier climes summertime!
