could do with some good news on this one. Have been holding for donkeys years and then bought another chunk Q3 last year. then a steady slip since. Im underwater on both tranches but have faith. Feels like a house thats now in order and some potential good news to come but it just doesnt seem to happen. fingers crossed for 2017.

Great news if it does happen. In meanwhile it's a solid trading result so a nice piece of positivity out there in the domain. Tempted to top up.

SP feels depressed. seriously good value. tempted to top up and bring my average down.

In terms of the divi dates though is the view that once the sale goes through (Q1 next year???) that the sale monies will just be distributed through the normal divi route on the normal dates? There wont be a special date set for distribution of the sale proceeds is what i suppose im asking?

How is this working (sorry - new to the share)? - NG sells off its gas distribution network and the sale is due to complete Q1 2017? - people are/have bid? - the price is unknown at this stage? - when the sale/s go through NG will return a chunk of the sale price to its shareholders as dividends? If any of that is true presumably it will be shareholders holding on the day the sale completes that will be eligible for the divi yes or was there an earlier cut-off date that's already passed? Again if thats correct it sounds good but wouldnt we expect a dip in the SP after the sale given a turnover generating asset has been flogged. Thoughts on how bad that hit would be?? Or have i completely mis-read this?

this is partly why i dont understand the depressed nature of the share price. It all adds up to a good news story but there doesnt seem to be much excitement for it right now. Appreciate there is no earth shattering news either but a gentle increase wouldnt have been amiss?

I'm wondering whether to top up and average down a bit. Haven't done yet as surprised by the slightly downwards pressure on the SP. I had wonrgly assumed the recent acquisition might spread just a little positivity to keep the SP on a very slight upwards movement (or at least stand still). Decisions, decisions.

This was my view. I work in property and indeed we are selling in London at the minute so I understand what's happening in the short term but London is such a solid property play its hard to see this suffering in the longer term. I do think however part of FOXTs pain in the last couple of days is the change in legislation relating to upfront letting agent fees. On one hand I like the fact the business model doesn't rely on the sales market fully but the reduction in lucrative Letting fees will be a hit. Sure the agents will just find other little ways of getting some of that fee income back- higher inventory fees or the like? Sound business, debt free and trading in a global property market powerhouse isn't a bad set of fundamentals. I tried to buy in the dip y'day only to see it slip further after I had and again today but confident there is upside here in the not too distant....

Really excited by the potential for this share so I've decide to jump in. Stockbroker said they could only secure 10,000 shares though at a fixed price. The other 180,000 ish were at the mercy of the MM's. Appears not too many people looking to sell?

Thanks for that. But presumably the shares will all just trade at the same sort of value in the future? Does make the 3p seem like a bargain given the acquisition and very positive outlook up to this point??

sorry if this is a thick question but given the additional 70 million shares due to be issued at the end of this month at 3p (ish) does that mean that the existing stock just gets valued at the same price and the stock you can buy today is essentially pegged at 3p or is todays 23% drop to 3p a knee jerk reaction to the RNS about the new placing?

From what I've seen the SP is all over the place. Suppose its a god day trading share at the minute which I might do myself with this new holding. It's just finding the time to keep a good enough eye on it.

Still holding some of these from the pre-BREXIT vote era with a "6" in the front of them. Soooooo wish I'd cashed those in but didnt expect the vote to go the way it did. Seems cheap at 450-460 today so had a flutter. would love to see this nudge over 500 again soon.
