Seedrs pushed back. Now parry is even saying he is unsure how liquid the secondary market will be. Q4 will come and go same as every other. I just want the seedrs thing to leave this behind. they said seedrs will be a 2p raise again so doubt I can get 2p on the secondary market while that's running. It's gonna be a race to the bottom with holders undercutting each other just to get shot of these shares.

Absolute nothing positive from the company at all. Just same ****. Nothing to show for any progress.

I reckon the crowdfund is being held off as they don't want the secondary market flooded with people selling their shares off while they are trying to flog new ones to people on the same platform. Would look a bit sus if loads of people want out all at once? I mean it's not like being listed when it's all done behind the scenes and only way to tell people are fleeing is a falling SP.

The silence from the company is deafening though. They aren't fostering any kind of community at all. I really don't understand their business plan, as they don't seem to want to engage with public at all.

I just want the seedrs thing at this time now. Delayed as apparently it was busy in December with other companies wanting to go live (like that matters) and should be ready to go now, or so we were told. Maybe they are putting it off for fear of that secondary market being flooded with holders wanting out making it look suspect why there are loads of people wanting out while they try to raise? Who knows.

I don't see it being bought out at all, I don't think anyone is interested. If they were they could buy us out now for next to nothing.

I don't know if it will relist or not, but I feel if it's not this year then it will just fizzle out. Tally needs to offer more to onboard people than just this premise of full reserve banking and alternative currency. It's not a currency as nobody will accept it in payment for anything. It's a saving and investment platform for gold. Joe blogs isn't going to use tally over Halifax for day to day banking as the value can drop, they aren't going to accept it so it's not going to be adopted like that. Market it for what it good for and expand the offering!

Xcoder seedrs is a crowdfunding platform the company said they will use to gain awareness and have a small fund raise. Also a secondary market for holders to sell shares on. I'm hoping to sell mine to someone for 2p once live. As it's going to consistent of new punters who are not on here I'm hoping that price will not be impossible.

Never heard of a company not on any LSE exchange using their RNS service before. Suspended however do still use it.

No as it's not a listed company. It is however an official news release from Tallymoney via alternative means.

Don't know why they didn't use Investigate like they have up till now, but whatever. News is news.
