Parry is the biggest problem to progress here. If he sold tally or stood down for fresh leadership I feel it would do much better.

Hopefully the next 12 months bring us some clarity on our holdings. It's either progress to IPO or just bin the lot off I think. Crunch time now.

No relist but the product does work. I have made a return on my holding in tally since it started

It's bare bones but functional. Does it do enough to draw customers? No. It doesnt. It's very very niche at moment. If they can expand the offering to make the platform appealing then it could do well.

Parry doesn't attend either. It's a pure box tick excercise.

Its deliberately held on Guernsey on NYE for a reason.

Well I can see this secondary market, if it ever gets arranged, will be flooded with people wanting to offload shares.

If they can't get an app out with a lot more features and zero bugs, nor get actual users, not just people opening up dormant accounts, then there just isn't the demand is there? I would suggest they don't only focus on this gold backed currency but offer alternatives to the app even if it moves away from Parry's vision somewhat. Like offer FX trading, or access to crypto. I don't know. Something to lure in more users who will pay a fee etc. Currently it's very niche and I think that's the problem.

100% it will be BB. He already used it saying things were affected as staff had to work from home etc. Unfortunately that doesn't wash as they already work remotely as they don't use the office! The staff all live all over the UK and only parry and Ralph use the office.

Like he didn't want to lift the suspension by doing what was needed before we were delisted. Instead lied about how it was being done for free by the Nomad etc. It was a paper excercise to come out of suspension and he did NOTHING but allow the timer to run down. It was intentional.

Just like all this BS of ever changing milestone and metrics. Look at AIM. Look at some of the absolute dross on there. Telling me we couldn't list now and get an IPO away? Course we can. AIM cos are listed on nothing but a bit of hope on some paper mostly.

No. He doesn't want to for whatever reason. Claiming not enough value? Whatever. If he can raise at 2p now privately he can raise at 2p+ for IPO. Let market decide it's worth after.

The company should be buying the shares back to keep in reserve. They can then reissue them when needed rather than create new ones and dilute.

That's what they should do. But this is parry. Easier to make them out of nowhere and get money incoming than buy back.

After all this time if an IPO occurs I hope it's above the close price and I can sell at a profit. It's money tied up for no gain otherwise. Though at break even I would sell too. If this comes back lower then the whole things a mess as they raised at 2p last time!

I have stopped trading now with money that's available, spent most of that pot and what's left I'm keeping out the markets In general. I still have my sipp that I trade with though, just not ISA anymore. So I would just want this last bit of money back and use it to pay for a nice holiday for my 40th next year!

Would rather enjoy it than keep it invested here given the choice. If others want to hold good luck to them and hopefully you reap the rewards. I just don't have the inclination to keep funds in here should I be able to sell. Come what may parry has left a sour taste so don't fancy another bite of what he's cooking.

I wrote this off ages ago but if the chance arose to sell on market, especially at close price or above I will dump the lot. Rather have my money back to spend on something nice than not. Would rather be a customer of Tally than a shareholder if I'm honest

Well I think they both took more in the last raise. But parry gets it back in costs no doubt but mj probably doesn't. Myles bought some too, and he doesn't seem a fool. I would say 2p should be the minimum they trade for on any platform.
