It seems it was Ralph's baby and parry just paid Ralph off and kicked him out. Likely as he was complaining about how its being run. Asset stripping etc. Parry is here for the paycheck. Nothing more. He isn't a visionary. He's just a crook with no morals.

We aren't the only ones who have accounts. And even if we were and we closed down the lot leaving them nothing Parry would just keep selling down railsbank to fund it and selling off any other asset he could and do fundraising to dilute until it's either a success or he folds it.

They are waiting for the business to be a success before listing. Dunno why. I would just bring it back to aim as a hope and prayer early business's and be done. All this talk of main market is nonsense. Tally is an aim company with aim leadership.

Biggest problem is the lack of faith in the company for most people. Who would choose to stay in after a listing based on how it's been run off market? Has anything been done to make you feel it's a good investment?

Currently it feels like the company is dying a slow death. Fee taking up an account and zero awareness. No community. Unless something drastic happens nobody will want to remain in who has been here prior to suspension

Whatever it potentially lists at its going down day one. Too many want out.

Just a listing. The shares are worthless at the moment and won't be making a profit on any sale on a secondary market that comes along. So dilution isn't a concern to me.

Probably uses them for P&D on placings he is involved in and or tax deductible losses.

They change all the time. There aren't any really. Just like they don't follow a proper project plan to get things going. It's all haphazard and chance.

If they were serious they would have a proper project pipeline, using Gantt charts, to know when they are slipping and where they need to be to do what they want. They don't. Parry said somehtin along the lines of the are "fluid" in the past.

Bottom line is we have scope creep and procrastination coupled with inept board running the show. Parry the conman ain't skilled enough here and Ralph seems a bit wet behind the ears.

Any other serious startup team would have pushed this by now, and not be sucking 175k a year to **** about either.

Look back at last year.

What did they do? Released an app that was buggy as hell then fixed the bugs. That's it. Nothing more added. No saving safes. Nothing.

They sold off part of railsbank to keep lights on. Did a placing.

Promises not met. iPO. Seedrs. Further app updates.

Now they aren't promising anything.
