You can't run a business with constantly fluid timelines. Procrastinating doesn't work. Run with it or fall flat.

Can't say I'm convinced about the cyber attacks being the reason for the situation, but I am 100% of the mind that Parry wasn't the man for the job. Neither him nor Ralph have what it takes for this venture, though Ralph seems to understand the financial systems and had the vision i'm not sure he has the skills to drive the technology.

We need outside assistance.

Man hasn't succeeded at anything! Unless you class pumping a company stock up to profit on placings then sell off and rinse repeat. If that's success then he is extremely successful.

I would class success at setting up and running a successful venture. Of which none of his companies have ever been. All his prior "successes" are multiples below the trading price the king of pumps left them at.

I would say BigMJ has more chance of pulling this off than cowboy. At least Mike has made a successful company and continues to lead it. All without pumping it's stock to profit....

Seems more focussed on trading than Tally is. But shows tally needs to get it's **** together and DO SOMETHING as the world is moving on and overtaking.

It is funny how the wording of RNS prior to suspension and delist were always upbeat and positive with affirmative words such as "going to be" "we are" "will be" etc

Then afterwards always vague like "aiming toward" "striving to" "endeavour" "working toward" "planning to"

It's quite striking really.

I think it's revenue they are after to show. That's the metric.

They say they want to show the ability for tally to grow, well they did that in Feb when it went over 5000 users rapidly. Still need more metrics, so I'm taking metrics to mean income. 5000 users, 200active likely with small pots meaning small takings each month.

He said in QA they need a revenue of 1M to support IPO? So there you have it. Without users really using the app with enough money to pay decent fees this isn't happening. Marketing is badly needed, so roll on crowdfund.

I was surprised to get an email saying May's subscription to tally was going to be taken today with the June one.

I would have thought they waive these fees while the platform has been bug ridden since update. Or at least rebated. If you lose a service such as sky or broadband etc they tend to not charge you for that period, or offer a rebate.

I just dont understand what they are looking for that this 6 months metrics thing just keeps getting rolled over. What metrics are they? And why after the fundraise is it only able to start! His answer want really good enough.
