Things like dilution take time to setup and deploy Gman93, I would say the 88E board arranged this on the basis they had no clear indication from Burgandy, once it was in place and in process Burgandy came back and provided some of the cash and in an act of good faith 88E extended the terms to allow them to make things good by the end of Jan. '24, if not then the rights would be autmatically reverted to 88E.

Think this is just a case of not making enemies and understanding the tuff business environment right now and making a few allowances. Once the Hickory action occurs this will all be just a memory for us all...

There seems to be a lot of talk about other producers having higher prices for their nat gas than the TXP contract allows, my view is the lower production is being used to a) why produce at a lower value per cubic meter of gas if you think a higher target price can be reached b) it can be used by TXP as soft leverage on the basis everyone wins at higher production volumes c) their 5 year plan will be out mid-December '23 and this will make all things a lot clearer for us all...

Except while your investment hasn't jumped so far, it is on the verge of doing so, whereas at TSB you would wait 20 years to double your money, the wall of cash is coming, Q3 was under 1 month of production at low levels, Q4 will be full production for the period and in the 1st half of FY24 we will start to see others areas come online, it will happen...

Each well is potentially different Angels and further wells can effect existing ones if the resource level is poor, however it seems the main limiter for TXP right now is they are self limiting for the time being.

They have announce that mid-December they will issue a 5 year plan which should outline timelines, resources, CAPEX and expected results, once we have this there will be a lot more clarity but while TXP are now in a production phase for Cascadura, there future acreage is where the real big plays may be, so in that way they are still also an explorer...

While I don't mind recommending to other seasoned investors, as I know they will do their own due diligence, I would definitely feel cautious about recommending to friends and family, this is far from a dead cert jeligknight, I would warn others off doing the same, as you never know with a exploration stock like this how it will twist and turn before delivering, just my view to help me sleep better at nigth. I do believe CTL will be a multibagger, it feels like all the pieces are in place now it is just a question of when they will come to pass, GLTA

Value only comes if you survive those 5 years, if you believe CTL can deliver on their plans buy or hold, if you don't believe CTL will deliver then sell and move on, small explorers are always like this and investors have to buckle up and go in with eyes open, GLTA

Well I suppose we should have expected the raise, clearly the ASX listing delays meant the cash was running out and so the company made the hard call, would be nice if when the ASX listing happened the company did a buyback for the $8M but somehow I think that ship has sailed...

Interesting as part of this raise the Directors bought around £300k of shares at the offer price, shows a belief in the business and the opportunity even if the current share price is pretty pitiful vs analyst estimates and value...

While the raising is a blow, the company need to be liquid and with the CEOL expected in the next month or so, for anyone with cash 22p is a fantastic oppotunity, good luck all...

Next moment of clarity will be mid-December 2023, when they announce the details of their long term plans lets see if they stick to those :-)
