02:03 - well to be fair to PANR, they are an active player on the North Slope, have a prospective gas sales agreement with the Alaska Gas Pipeline company and are current drilling at Dubhe 1, so while 88E may have the acreage they are reliant on a 3rd party for the funds to drill coming from Burgundy, they have tended to be late with their payments but so far have always delivered, however their next planned payments are orders of magnitude bigger than previous ones. In a way PANR and 88E are in a symbiotic state, should Dubhe 1 prove commercial then the story for 88E will equally transform, GLTA

CleanTech Lithium's chief executive Ignacio Mehech joins Vox for an update on the progress the company's been making with its Laguna Verde lithium project in Chile. The company is optimistic that it will be awarded a Special Lithium Operating Contract, otherwise known as a CEOL, in the near-term. That award will then be followed swiftly on by the release of the CleanTech's PFS for Laguna Verde. In the meantime a legal claim has been launched against the company by the Laguna Verde vendors, but this won't affect the CEOL process.

ReconAfrica announced yesterday that it encountered hydrocarbon pay at the Kavango West 1X (KW1X) exploration well on Block PEL 73, onshore Namibia. This was taken positively by the market, with ReconAfrica shares up 38% or adding US$45mm in market cap. The well encountered ~400m of gross hydrocarbon section and 64m of net pay, with further oil and gas shows in deeper naturally fractured carbonates. 05:28 - Government funded businesses rarely deliver results, Germany wants a Lithium industry but all they have is hard rock or spodumene, bet their cost of production is higher than the current price if it is, basically they will have local supply but above the global supply price, poor plan :-)
